[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Recently, I got the opportunity to test out the LG 29” UltraWide FHD HDR FreeSync Monitor with USB Type C. First off, I didn’t know how much a better monitor experience could give and I got to say this blew my expectations away. It was much bigger than I expected and now it's harder for me to use a smaller screen with this one spanning 29 inches. My current monitor is at 15 inches and yet this one feels like it's three times the size. Even having two screens side by side doesn’t compare. The full setup took less than 10 minutes before having it connected and exploring the features. So far I’ve thrown gaming, window multitasking, videos/movies, and 3D CAD design. Each one performed great and using the full real estate of the screen improved each area. For example, I found myself more immersed in my gaming/video experience than before. Also, I love simplistic/modern design with near edge to edge screen and subtle red accent color on the base. Now if only I can work solely from home on my new and vastly improved setup. Suitable for tripods up to 30 inches

I have had the monitor for about two weeks now. Shipping time was great - only took one day to arrive on the east coast. Like all Asus products, the monitor is packaged very well and it is easy to assemble. No dead pixels, the monitor has thin bezels. I mostly use this monitor for gaming and it is great for fast paced FPS games like Apex and COD. I was able to overclock to 165 Hz with no issues. Coming from an Asus 25 2k 60 Hz monitor this is a big upgrade for gaming. It would have been nice to have a USB 3.0 port in the I/O, but I understand Asus usually reserves those premium features for their ROG brand. The TUF Gaming series is a great middle ground for those that want value and performance without spending an arm and a leg on a ROG monitor. Highly recommend especially if you can get it on sale.

I used this with my other Asus gaming monitor 270hz, and the color pops just the same. Its feature loaded like red dot on the monitor to help with centering, fps counter, g sync compatible and so much more. My only gripe is the price so I wait for them to go on sale. My review might be a little biased because I’m an Asus kind of guy but they do make solid gaming products.

I bought this monitor to connect to my ASUS ROG Ally handheld gaming computer. And it displayed a beautiful picture. I am extremely impressed with this monitor, in every way. I especially am enjoying the curved screen and edge to edge display. Thank you LG!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't use the 31.5" Y32p-30 monitor for gaming, but it delivers excellent, high quality, easily readable images of three documents at once--exactly what I need it to do. The internal speakers sound great and are sufficient for my needs The ports for my (wired) mouse and keyboard are handy, keeping my desktop neat.

I've had 3 Asus gaming laptops, and this is all I'll buy.
