Works on one laptop doesn't work on two others. They don't have information on how to troubleshoot they don't respond to messages and don't have other contact information listed. Don't bother dealing with them. 5 |

I already had the VLC media player ap installed on my windows 10 laptop, so when I plugged this into my USB port straight from the box, it was recognized and functioned immediately. If your computer doesn't have a driver, Transcend provides one free, but you must download one in order to use external drives--perhaps that's why some users claim their player wouldn't work? 5 |
