I updated the BIOS and everything went easy and smoothly. My PC is now running quietly and efficiently. This is one of the best made and best functioning motherboard I have ever owned...........and I have owned a lot of them. This is an upgrade from my former ASUS board, a B450-F Gaming which is still going strong by the way. I only upgrade to the B55o-A because I wanted PCIe 4.0 capability. ok so I've had this CPU for a couple months now, running on a ASUS prime x570 pro.. I updated my bios installed CPU and boom it worked with out doing anything else .. this CPU runs excellent at stock settings.. I was able to overclock to 4.7 on air with about 1.4v also running a set of g-skill 3600 cl15 ram sticks @ 3800 cl 16 @1.45v and fclock at 1900... My fps jumped up about 30 fps from previous CPU in pubg used to get alot of stutter before now its running smooth vid card is radeon vii which needs an upgrade not really a great card for gaming.. 5 |

Runs just out of the box on my ASUS G713RW. In the laptop specification it was said that 32Gb is the max for this model, but 64Gb works fine as well. 5 |

I have a Asus ROG strix G15 and it works perfectly fine. Unfortunately, I didn't realize my laptop had 2x 8gb ram. I'll be ordering from them again to get my 32gb ram. 5 |
