This board is killer. I prefer it to the Z790 , a virtually identical board to the 690 but with a more IO options. Paired with the components listed below, I can do anything from Video editing to gaming , streaming and IT Administration. I have heard that Asus can be difficult when it comes to RMA and that they are working on improving thier work flows in that area and well, I have not had to test the validity of those claims since I have never had an Asus product fail on me in more than a 2 decades of Asus being my products of choice. I like everything about this keyboard, the weight, the feel. I am only having a small issue with getting it to light when using a non ASUS laptop...

Of course it's a great keyboard, it's ASUS! It definitely made working my laptop easier since the Burrito Incident.

This is simply the best keyboard for an iPad Pro.

I am Loving my new iPad Pro so far. Of course it’s light years ahead of the 2004 Apple iBook G4 that it is replacing (I know, I know...). Obviously there is somewhat of a learning curve with the differences but in a house with two teenagers to help, that’s been O.K. So far. I also got the “Magic Keyboard” with this iPad which of course also acts as a case. I don’t know if I’m more taken with the iPad, the Magic Keyboard or how they function together? - It is a joy to see perfectly functioning engineering like this! - I was concerned that I might not like the keyboard or that it would be too far off from the one I was used to, but I needn’t have been and actually like this keyboard better than my old one! Key function and sensitivity and keyboard size are great! - The iPad magnetically connects effortlessly with the Magic Keyboard and can charge from there too and when you want it disconnected for other uses, you just grab it and pull it off the keyboard component! - Once I’d set them both up my two aforementioned teenagers were even visibly impressed and I wondered if I sensed a little envy in their look even though they’ve had much further advanced electronic devices than their Dad for a long time up until this point. - It is fantastic and really does make it seem like a “real” laptop computer - or even better! I couldn't be happier with the hardware(I have an asus mouse, keyboard and mobo) the software does leave a little to be desired but overall 8/10

It was great out of the box. It'll be even better once I customize it. I wanted a customizable keyboard but I want it to work with aura sync as I am using a lot of asus parts and peripherals. It's a good thing asus made this.

I wanted a huge mat to help my wireless Gladius II mouse and this mat was the perfect option for me. Huge. Might not be ideal for everybody but I have a larger desk space. But even then, I decided to build a custom keyboard tray to fit the mat which I also highly recommend if possible. Oh and I have that tuf case gt501 HUGE as well. Asus monitor (not ROG) and Asus rog strix gtx1070, tuf x570 Mobo with AMD RYZEN 5 3600 CPU, Corsair ram and PSU. Razer keyboard. Just added a ASUS ROG Eye webcam as well (not in the pic) Also highly recommend.
