Asus Rog Computer Case

I built my last computer in like NOV-DEC of 2013. The motherboard was a ASUS ROG Maximus VI Hero (Intel-compatible). It has worked flawlessly all these years, and I couldn't ask for more. It still works. I decided it's time to upgrade because I wanted an ultrawide monitor. The last thing I wanted to do was have to tear all the components out and RMA a board, costing me HOURS of my life, all for saving $100 of a cheaper MB on the front end. So I opted for the once again flagship product from Asus and my expectations are high!

I bought this monitor to connect to my ASUS ROG Ally handheld gaming computer. And it displayed a beautiful picture. I am extremely impressed with this monitor, in every way. I especially am enjoying the curved screen and edge to edge display. Thank you LG!

I bought this case for my dream build PC after the one I had planned to pay $130 for - a now-discontinued Corsair model - went out of stock. Being a confirmed Luddite I had to have a model with the external drive bay. This case is surprisingly well made - absolutely no problems with fit or component compatibility. Great air flow due to the mesh on the front. It says you can have a fan on the bottom but as best I can tell this would only be possible if you removed the HD cage. The four screws on the back seem somewhat on the tinny side, but they work. The finished installation has a very minimalist, Scandinavian look. Nice window (plastic not glass) for viewing the innards, if you're into that. Very happy with this purchase. Outstanding Mid-Tower Premium Case: Premium build quality, plenty of space to build, add components, etc. My build includes a ASUS ROG Ryujin 360 AIO, ASUS ROG Thor 850 80+ Platinum PSU, ASUS AMD AM4 ROG Strix X570-F, G.SKILL Trident Z RGB Series 32GB (4 x 8GB), SAMSUNG 970 PRO M.2 2280 1TB, AMD RYZEN 9 3900X, this is a beast of a PC, from gaming to video editing....love it!

It is very expensive case but when you build your PC you will fall in love. Also if you have ASUS ROG Crosshair VIII Extreme AM4 E-ATX Gaming Motherboard you need to purchase raiser cable otherwise you can not use PCIEX16_1 port for graphic card installation. I think it is only compatible with STRIX MB's.

I have always loved ASUS products. I especially like the ROG line of products. However, the one thing I have always disliked about ASUS products is their bloat software. With this motherboard, it wasn't so bad. Everything was optional out of the box. I did install Armory Crate to get updated drivers and such, but all of the additional software was optional. Not that the software isn't useful, it just isn't useful to me. I also like that I can use my Corsair iCUE software to control the RGB lighting on the motherboard. I would recommend that you get a full size ATX case for this board. Depending on what you are adding to the case and the type of cooling that you need, a case gets small fast, especially if you have a radiator in your rig.

Have not installed it yet. I do not have the money at the moment for either a ASUS GX601 case, ROG Thor 1000 Platinum PSU, or a ROG Strix 4090, or 4070Ti-Super But awaiting to see if I get an extended season at work. I am trying to build third PC and prior two going to my daughters. 1 is Autistic and the other has ADHD and heart issues due to too much monster drinks at once. Mostly ASUS ROG Strix fan.
