After a little searching this is most cost effective Asus router that supports USB tethering. Set-up was easy and it has been working flawlessly for the past month. Tethering worked with an iPhone running the latest OS. Mounting holes allow wall mounting. With a thin form factor this would sit nicely in a data close or behind furniture. +it supports more advanced networking features. -the web interface is a bit too simple. 5 |

Purchased to replace a 9 year old Asus router. The old one was reliable and still working, but wanted a stronger WiFi 6 router for the increasing number of connected devices in my home. Nicely packaged, setup was a breeze, and I like the app that shows what devices are connected to my network. So far it is has been a nice upgrade and covers my 3000 sq ft house. The ASUS USB-AC53 Nano has been a life savor. My internet went out in the middle of doing Taxes. ASUS helped me use my phone Hotspot to connect to my tower which did not have. wFi connection until I gout that ASUS USB connector 5 |
