Asus Wireless Headset Dongle

Bought the headset about a month ago, needed a replacement for my JBL Quantum 200's. Overall the product is top tier, the sound quality is crisp, clean, and (often times) very loud. Pros: - Long battery life (while wireless), in my experience it gets a solid 30-32 hours whilst connected to the included dongle, and right around 43 hours with Bluetooth only. The headset can be connected via Bluetooth AND the dongle at the same time. Note; I do have the RGB function disabled on my headset, which extends the battery life by a *ton*. - Good range on the wireless connection, both Bluetooth and dongle. - Capability to be wired with USB-C (console), or 3.5mm jack going into a headphone/mic splitter (PC) - Amazing mic quality *while connect via wires*. Honestly the mic's balance and quality is on par with some dedicated desk/boom mic's that I've had in the past. - Very comfy fit, I can easily wear them for 5-6 hours straight with no issues. Very little wiggle on my head, even when vigorously shaking or bobbing my head. - Active noise cancelling is so good that it's almost disorienting. Being able to hear most of the environment around you just vanish really is a harrowing and alien experience after never having used it before. The noise cancelling is togglable from a button on the left earphone. There is also a Talk through function, for when you need to hear everything around you or carry on a conversation. - Audio has next to zero delay whilst wireless. I've played quite a few CS:GO and Valorant games, relying almost entirely upon audio cues/footsteps. Not once did I notice any delay that ever affected gameplay. Con(s): - Uhm... Mic quality whilst wireless decreases substantially? Less of a con, more of a side effect to ANY wireless connection. Over all; If I could give this headset a 6/5 stars, I would. It really is one of the most versatile pieces of tech that I own. 5 |

I'm so grateful that my 5.0 Asus dongle connected with my Open Move so my older laptop can deliver great zoom webinars without having to wear bulky :headphones: headphones. Great :+1: sound quality. Have to get used to connecting in my bluetooth settings and having a snug fit. Otherwise, it is the perfect choice. 5 |

This is not my first but is the first I bought with the charging case. If you buy the headset and charging case separate you don’t get the Bluetooth dongle which is another $50. If you buy it as a package, you get the charger, headset and Bluetooth dongle for less than you would pay for it individually. A good deal and a great headset. 5 |

There is only word to describe this gaming headset on my PS5, "WOW"!!! I do own the Sony H9's but this JBL 910P Blows it out of the water. Crystal clear dialog w Thumping Bass. In addition living in a New York City apartment with constant noise day and night I was surprised with it's Noise Cancelation. With so many switches on the headset I'm not sure if it was even activated, however just putting the headset on for the first time canceled all the noise outside. I'm not into RGB too much but I have to say the blue lights look pretty cool. I've only owned this masterpiece for one day but there is so much for me to explore with all of it's functions. I am going to try them with my PC next for music. I'm sure they will rock. Lastly, if you plan on ordering the 910 or 910p which is pretty much the same JBL product, there is something very important you should keep in mind, it's the dongle that comes with it. It will be wrapped in white paper. When I opened it I was like where is the second dongle? You need to pull the top part off where the arrow is to seperate the 2. I thought it was missing and contacted JBL's Excellent customer service for help. They were very helpful and polite and know their stuff. Thank You JBL for such a Wonderful Headset. 5 |

This is hands down the greatest headset I’ve ever tried. I’m picky about sound quality too. I tried all of the nicest premium gaming headsets Best Buy had to offer and this headset is so much nicer. The sound quality is amazing, I’m shocked it’s wireless. The noise cancellation is great, it also has a built in mic so you don’t have to use the one that detaches. The range is fantastic. At first I had connected it to my pc using Bluetooth and I thought it was great. I was limiting my experience though not using the usb dongle it comes with to connect it properly. Once that usb dongle was connected, wow! The headset is amazing! The Audeze app is fantastic for adjusting the headset to your preference. 5 |

Green laser and wireless dongle, nested in pointer for transport, provides a great presenter device for conferences, presentations, and general business activities. A bit pricey, but would definitely recommend for professional users, businesses, etc. who have to execute presentations in bright rooms or large conferences venues. 5 |

I use the wireless dongle with the L-section slid out to cover it during vertical tripod use, and it is ROCK SOLID. I tried the ProMediaGear L-Plate, and that thing was really loose, also the tightening screws were pushing the cylinder-shaped rods all over and were impossible to secure precisely, while making a goughed mess of the rods (that thing is poorly-designed). The only issue with the RRS is one of the neodymium magnets popped out (holds the spare hex wrench in place). I loc-tighted it back in place and it appears to be fine so far. I know RRS would fix it if it comes out again. RRS - expensive, but worth every penny. 5 |

I was using a wireless keyboard at the limits of its range. So I got this USB extension cable to get the wireless keyboard USB dongle closer to where I was using the keyboard (about half the distance). So far it's been working great. However, I haven't tried any USB device that requires power, so I don't know how well it would work with those devices. 5 |
