Audiophile Headset With Mic

Allowed me to use my headset with mic.

Great quality, nice look, especially leather does the work. I'm not an audiophile, but headset has really great ratio quality to price.

This is one of the best Headset that Logitech has created. B&H had this headset on sale and I just had to buy them. I am glad I did and I like the sound quality and the mic is very responsive. You cannot go wrong if you are a game like me.

Many write reviews beginning with I am not an audiophile. Well, in a way I am an audiophile. I have created hundreds of videos for YouTube and many more hundreds of audio devotionals, along with many more hundreds of Bible studies my wife and I have done. I know what my voice sounds like, and I know which mics make it sound better and which do not. I have used many different mics. Some mics will never sound great no matter how much you try to EQ them. Others can sound great with some significant EQing. But the ideal mic sounds awesome with no EQing. And that is precisely the case with this mic. It has been called silky smooth, and that is a pretty fair assessment. There is absolutely no point for me to EQ this mic. The sound is nearly perfect on its own. Some suggest that a condenser mic like this is only of use in a perfectly treated room. Not true. As long as you keep it within about 3-5 inches from your mouth, it will probably work very well in almost any room (but don't use it in your bathroom!). To sum up, this is the mic I have been looking for, for years. My search is over.

A very nice mic. I am not an audiophile but this mic sounds excellent to me. Very low noise and a very high peaking threshold. Outstanding build quality if a bit heavy. Love it.

I am not an audio technician and admit I do not have the ear of a professional audiophile. However, I can attest to the fact that when I use this for video interviews, documentaries or narrative short movies, the audio is very rich, clear and professional sounding. I cannot detect hiss at all. They say sound is 90% of what you see onscreen and the audio from this mic really improves my visuals, if that makes sense. I find myself reaching for this mic before my Sennheiser ME66 and RODE M30. I bought two of these for two person interview setups and their directionality is fantastic. The sound seems to have a rich slightly bass effect which is pleasing to the ear.
