Audiophile Quality Wireless Headphones

I'm no audiophile, but I purchased these headphones after some research on some relatively cheap headphones with good audio quality, leading me to these headphones. I've seen mainly good things, but I saw a few iffy reviews so I was unsure whether or not they'd be what I imagined, but I can safely say they lived up to my expectations, if not surpassed them. The design is my style, the ear padding doesn't make my ears sweat like some other ear cups, and the sound quality is good, with relatively good bass, something that was an important factor for me. I'd tried some beats while journeying in person for the perfect headphones, and I can see these are far, far better than any beat solos. I also bought some $101 dollar noise cancelling headphones and these far surpassed those as well. I'm overall extremely pleased with my purchase, I would in fact recommend these to anyone looking for great headphones on a budget.

Good on B&H for offering this at such a low price. I recommend also purchasing the HPA straight cable if you use it at a distance. Yes, they clamp a little on the ears, but this is audiophile quality. I've owned ATH-5000X, ATH-MSR7, Sony XM4, Shure 940 and the 840 virtually as good as those. You'd have to be a real audiophile (not just an obsessive music listener) to tell much difference. With these headphones the veil is lifted just enough to be pro quality. They are NOT very comfortable. If the 5000X was murder to my head and ears, the 940 murder to my head, and the MSR7 clamping too much, these do have a little clamp. (XM4 is perfect but sound is veiled.) They will start to fatigue you after half an hour. But so will most headphones on the audiophile level. You gotta deal with it or maybe replace the earpads. The headband is fine. I attended Head Fi earlier this year so I have more hands-on experience with headphones than maybe 95% of the audio comm. My first pair fell apart after 8 years. I will probably stick with these for life and possibly replace the earpads.

A friend and Audiophile recommended these to me and I couldn't be happier with them. The sound quality is amazing, but I still have the option to keep aware of my surroundings with them in, thanks to the ambient sound and focus mode features. The battery lasts remarkably long in the headphones themselves and in the charging case as well, and the headphones charge up quickly so I can hop right back into things. I've found them intuitive to use and comfortable to wear.

I'm not an audiophile nor an audio professional, I bought this headphones to listen music in media players/smartphones. The sound quality is great, good channel separation, and good bass/mids/highs reproduction. They feel great in the ears and they seem to have a good build quality but it is too soon to say if they are durable. In general I recommend this product.

As an audiophile and an owner of some of the best headphones from Sennheiser and others, I must say that the AirPods Max Headphones are excellent - - in fact they are terrific. The sound quality is superb and the headphones are extremely comfortable. This product gets my highest rating of 5/5.

I consider myself an audiophile, and wanted to treat myself with a wireless system for my bedroom without the hassle of cables, amps, CD or streaming box. My only concern was that I was not willing to accept anything with less than great balanced sound. Finally decided to try out the Play 5 after having read multiple reviews, and having listened to them in store before buying. I am simply amazed by the sound quality and the seamless user experience! It is so good, that I have decided to buy a second a benefit from a more immersive stereo sound! Although it is not affecting in any way the normal functioning of the Play 5, my only area for improvement relates to the power cord attachment to the speaker which is a little loose and wobbly.
