August 23 Windows 10 Update Makes Computer Slow

My computer front ports stopped working with a Windows 10 update, and I could not get them to work again. But my rear 3.1 ports were working fine. So I saw this little unit, and bought it at B&H's low price. It's plug and play, and functions perfectly. I plugged it into a rear port, and double-sided taped it to the computer top. It has a power button that once turned on, never has to be used again. Turn the computer off, turn it on again, and the hub powers up with the computer. Perfect, and an easy fix! I can high-speed transfer to my USB sticks again!

I could not upgrade the firmware from Godox through my windows 10. So after a computer professional looked over the situation said that Windows 10 would not recognize the upgrade due to the time Godox wrote the firmware upgrade. He used Windows 7 and the firmware upgrade worked.

This really sped up my computer hugely. I sometimes run virtual machines on my computer, and with this my virtual machines run so quickly. It's a big difference from when I had different storage in my computer. One other nice thing is you can update the firmware without Windows. I use Linux, and it really helps to have firmware you can update without needing Windows;

I used it as a second drive for Windows 10 on my Ubuntu computer. There were no problems with the drive itself

i bought this in February of 23 and it quit holding a charge in august of this year and I contacted coast and replaced it no questions asked way to go Coast.

I received my Manfrotto 393 HD Gimbal Head from B&H on 23 August, 2010. I have used it mainly for bird photography, matched with a Manfrotto 685 NeoTec monopod and with camera/lens loads up to about 5kg. The build is incredibly strong and could easily support a machine gun! Build quality is also excellent. In spite of its heavy construction, it works easily and smoothly. I couldn't be happier with it. Highly recommended.

I just retired from a long career as a lawyer and I wanted to do something completely different and relaxing for my first week off of full time work. I do a lot of photography as a hobby and I have many tens of thousands of high resolution photographs. I had been using the same computer for about 10 years, but it was getting very slow, I was running out of storage and various parts were showing their age. Also, my old system was using several 2TB spinning disc hard drives for data storage. They were slow, with transfer speeds sometimes being a low as 10 mbs. It was taking forever to back up my hard drives. Therefore, I decided to spend my first week building a new computer myself for the first time. I chose these SSDs because of their reputation for reliability and because of their higher data transfer speeds. Long story short, much to my joy and amazement the computer has run flawlessly from the instant I plugged it in and pushed the on button. I could not be happier. The system was fun to build, I learned a lot about building and setting up my own system. The new system is working beautifully. It is stable and blazing fast compared to my old rig. Lightroom and Photoshop are working MUCH faster Also, I have to say thank you to the people at B&H. They patiently answered my questions when I was deciding what components to purchase. The folks that I talked to were very knowledgeable and helpful. They promptly helped me to swap out a couple of components which were delayed due to back ordering, so all of the parts were ready when I was to finish the project. THANK YOU.
