Grabbed one of these for work with the blue switches and I can actually type faster on it than the keyboard that I use at home. I will only use full sized keyboards and they have to be mechanical and clicky for me so this hits the sweet spot. Much better than the dozens of other low priced mechanical keyboards I've owned and nearly as good as the custom GMMK that I use at home. Can't beat this for the price. 5 |

I chose the K845 mechanical with brown switches because I wanted an illuminated mechanical keyboard that wasn't overly loud and clicky. The switches are relatively quiet but produce a satisfying click, one that I desired over a mushy key. The illuminated keys are excellent as I prefer a lower light environment to work in. The keys are set up high off the board itself allowing anything that may fall onto the keyboard to simply slide off and not get lodged. The K845 is a wired system which I bought specifically. I don't wish to spend additional money just to have to replace batteries or worry about charging a keyboard. The wired connection works for me and I don't need anything else. For the price, I don't think there is a better mechanical keyboard. 5 |

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed another keyboard for my camp, and in my home office I use an earlier version of this keyboard with the red mechanical switches for fast touch typing. Relaxing at the camp and using the computer in the evening, I decided to go with the illuminated keyboard, and the softer Brown mechanical switches. I am very happy with this choice. For smooth touch typing with ease, this full-size mechanical keyboard is superior. 5 |

Good mechanical keyboard, not to noisy. I like MX Brown Switches. I am from Canada. Very quick delivery from B&H and free shipping. Far better than Amazon. Very convenient USB plug on the back of the keyboard. Good quality. Highly recommended. 5 |

This keyboard is my first mechanical keyboard. Amazing keyboard, with the Cherry MX Blue switches (there are other kinds as well) giving good feedback and audible click. Would definitely recommend this keyboard! Key puller- make sure you have it gripped on the bottom of the key; not on the side. Pull up straight, not at an angle. Use the 'FN' key to use the functions on the F keys (the top row of keys) B&H Photo Video shipped it kinda slow, but it was the holiday season! 5 |

This is my first mechanical keyboard and it is incredible. Feels very well built, and the MX Cherry Blue switches have that clickity goodness that I wanted. 5 |

I work as a writer and wanted to get a not-insanely-expensive mechanical keyboard for daily work on Mac and PC. The keyboard looks sleek and minimal, which I like, except perhaps the way the fn-media shortcuts look on the F buttons, but it still looks really nice. I'm not a fan of flashy LED lights, so I appreciate the fact this board only uses them for Caps Lock, Scroll Lock, and one for the FN toggle (and only when you activate those functions). I like how the keyboard only has a logo on the front edge, out of view during normal use. The Cherry Blue key switches work great for typing and I even like them when I do some occasional gaming. Yes, blue switches make noise, however, these are not obsessively loud and I actually find the sound soothing. The keyboard comes with a pretty durable cable as well. I haven't had the keyboard for an excessive amount of time, so I cannot vouch for its durability, however, it seems like a very well built piece for the price. (I will have paid $ after a $ mail in rebate that I am waiting for.) I received my keyboard on the expected shipping day and have no complaints with my order. 5 |

About a year ago, I bought a K845 with red switches for work & gaming. I really like it. The switches are gentle but offer just enough resistance for my typing style. As other reviewers have mentioned, the switches are a bit noisy. They might be too loud for somewhere like a library, but anywhere else, they blend into the background noise. The aluminum chassis is solid, elegant, and juuuust small enough to fit into my work backpack. Even though I've spilled coffee all over this board, I have yet to damage it. All I need to do is remove the key caps and use a towel to soak things up. The wire is a minor inconvenience - it gets tangled in my backpack - but it would be perfectly fine in a home office where it stays attached to a USB splitter or docking station. In conclusion: It's a good mechanical keyboard, maybe even a great one. I wouldn't call it the Best Keyboard Ever, but it's brilliant for the price. 5 |

This is the best keyboard that your money can buy. Better than the Falchion because it is larger, the keys are more comfortable and spread apart better. It lights up beautifully, looks great, and it made of heavy duty metallic casing. I love the pink and black color combination matched with the AURA synch: it looks AMAZING! I got this on a whim, and I was going to hook it up to my other computer, but when I plugged it in and started using it, I immediately realized that this is a way better keyboard even than the wireless Falchion. I would recommend this keyboard over any of the other keyboards out there. Great response time, Wired for speed, and very comfortable and easy to use keys. I got the 'red' key press level: make sure you try a red, blue or brown style switches. I prefer the red (which is linear) for speed and comfort, but some people prefer the blue for clickyness, or the brown tactile switches. 5 |
