Auto Advance Mechanical Pencil Lime Green

Nice luggage! I got the white/grey with lime green handles. It stands out pretty well against everyone else's stuff. The wheels are smooth. The white definitely scuffs quickly but that was expected. It fits easily in the overhead bins of a 737. I haven't had it on a smaller aircraft yet. Overall, I can't complain. I bought it during BF week so there was a bit of a discount. It's definitely worth the $ if you can wait for a deal. At regular retail prices, the value proposition drops a bit, for what it is. 5 |

Camera used: Canon EOS 7D Time with lens: 2 days I'm just an amateur and here were my expectations for the lens: Wide Angle No-Flash, Low-Light Shooting (for movie and stills) Shallow DOF Here is my grade for each. WIDE ANGLE - A I won't knock it because I already knew going in it probably wouldn't be wide enough for my needs. On a crop sensor such as 7D, it was good for a variety of shots, just not wide open landscape shots that I had in mind. NO FLASH, LOW-LIGHT SHOOTING - A+ I've never seen or experienced a lens like this. Frankly I didn't even know lens and DSLRs had come along this far. I shot a room with lime green walls, with a very faint light source coming through the door. With the lens wide open and the ISO bumped up just a bit, the previously dark muddy green walls became lime green again. SHALLOW DOF - A Extremely sharp. I was able to get that razor sharp image in the forgeround with the blurry background that I hadn't been able to achieve before. Just as I had wanted. Again, this review is based on my own amateur expectations and delivery on what I was looking for. So in conclusion, the lens was everything I thought it would be, EXCEPT for the wide angle. That's the only reason I returned it. I guess I kinda thought all the other pros might outweigh the fact it wasn't wide as my heart desired. If I had a Full Frame camera, I would have kept it. Not that FF photography is automatically superior to Cropped, but in my case I really wanted to have wide angle capabilities above all. 5 |

Great lead supply for my mechanical pencil. These are very thick and so far, not a single has broken even when I extend a bit. Very happy with these lead refills. 5 |

I was curious about this lens ever since Hasselblad announced it. I loved the idea of the smaller size and nearly silent shutter. Even though I already owned the original 45 3.5, I just recently purchased the 45P. Pros of 45p vs Orig 45... it is definitely much more quite, almost too quiet. It is nearly completely silent. It is much smaller and looks perfect on my X1DII. Some have said they find auto focus to be a little slowe, but I don't think so. In my opinion it may even be a little faster.... although the mechanical auto focus is louder. I prefer the mechanical focus as opposed to by-wire. Image quality is very similar between the two, but to my eyes it retains highlights a little better. So far I love the lens and I believe it's an overall improvement over the original 45, and at an amazing price. 5 |

There are plenty of reviews around the web on the Broadcast G2 so I won't talk much about it other than to say it's fantastic. The lens deserves its own callout though. It's fantastic! The zoom rocker works so well that you don't even notice it. If you want to go nice and slow you can do so without accidentally pressing it too far and zooming in quickly. If you want to go full bore you can and go end-to-end in ~2 seconds. The servo focus ring works well (I never use the mechanical focus ring). It's tuned well enough that I seem to hit my focus every time without overshooting. One oddity of the lens though (which is not documented). Macro mode is what gives the camera body full control over focus. When not in macro mode you can press the one-touch auto focus but the lens will immediately revert to the mechanical ring's position after auto focusing is complete. Despite its name, macro mode will still focus all the way to infinity so I just always keep my lens on macro mode. I've not noticed any obvious chromatic aberration when all the way at tele but I've also not tried to look for it either. 5 |

Used for alarm system power supply. Auto resetting fuse and operating green LED is a great feature that was not on the Pittway. 5 |
