Auto Duplex Wireless Laser Printer

This is an excellent wireless color laser printer.

I've searched for several years for a moderate cost, home use wireless mono-laser all-in-one that does jam-free duplex printing. A few were out there, but reviews ultimately gave caution to not jump on them, duplex features being problematic. This one came along, had enough of the right words in reviews, product summary, and specifications to give hope, so I bought one. It shipped immediately, had it in two days in Hawaii (at regular free shipping). I was concerned that there might be a wireless setup issue with a Mac, but was delighted to discover it took longer to get it out of the box and pull the blue tape than to connect wirelessly to my Mac and Apple mobile platforms and print/scan flawlessly...measured in short moments. As a disclaimer, I did not set up/do not use the facsimile function. Print quality is bright and crisp. Initially I was getting a small drum toner smudge on printed documents. Running a laser cleaning sheet through five times resolved that perfectly. Three weeks later I am very confident my choice in this product was correct. Every expectation was far exceeded.

WorkForce ES-500W II Wireless Duplex Desktop Document Scanner is totally amazing. It has synced up to my computers running on Windows as well as my android phone so I can literally scan from whatever device I am using. It has really fast scanning and can hold up to 50 pages at a time. It can scan in color or black and white as well as grayscale too!!! It can integrate with most existing document management systems. With the advanced paper feed technologies such as blank page removal, auto rotation, auto-cropping, Dirt Detection, and Paper Protection help enhance productivity making this my favorite scanner because I can worry less and get more done! Printer is reliable thus far (about 4 months) has all features needed, color laser, duplex printing and scanning, and even orders it's own toners as needed. I did add a second tray so it chooses the source automatically based on paper type requeseted by the job printed. A bit slow on some jobs, as it pauses the print to preform some sort of internal cleaning / adjusting. But can't argue with the results, quality outputs at very reasonable price.

My HP M452 color duplex laser printer developed ugly vertical black bands on all prints. Nothing I tried would eliminate this problem. Finally, I decided to replace the OEM black cartridge with a genuine HP branded cartridge and the problem went away. Live and learn...

My old color laser printer died on me on duplex job I was trying to do. My research landed me to this one. Setting this unit up was easy on my home network. Printing from local system was breeze, I installed the app on my phone now I can check the printer status as well as printing directly from phone. I even tried the duplex printing and envelope. Printing a picture on normal paper came out so good that someone thought to use it a normal photo picture. I think I am beginning to like that printer a lot.

Great laser printer with fast duplex printing. Has many of the features of more expensive printers. Small footprint makes this a winner for the home office.

This is a great laser printer. I love the duplex printing it saves paper. The ink colors on lasers has improved and looks as good as ink dot printers. A good value for the price.

Full duplex print/copy/scan with B/W laser printer, very low cost/page, readily available toner and drum, simple installation and operation make this the printer/scanner/FAX of choice for low to moderate pages/month.

You have to make sure to read the instructions first to know what to do! This machine is amazing with all the capabilities it has! I have printed and scanned so far and it has worked perfectly each time. The wireless function is very convenient and make it simple to print right from your phone! I highly recommend you give this a try you will not be disappointed!!!
