After having a no-name fast Android box for a few years, I decided to splurge and go for the Nvidia Shield Pro. What I noticed is that the Shield is extremely fast compared to even this quad processor Android box I bought a few years ago. If you like Kodi, I have good news. If you have a TV with an optical out, you can get 5.1 sound without needing to buy any additional equipment (besides the optical cables). You just need to set Kodi for audio bypass mode to send the signal directly through your TV to the stereo. Your TV will also need to have its sound sent directly to the stereo as well. If you try to use any surround functions on the TV, I noticed that the signal output to the stereo won't be 5.1. 5 |

I use this to connect my iphone to systems that support the 3.5 mm stereo connector such as my auto sound system. It works great. I got the 5 foot length to give me a liitle more flexibility of placement. 5 |
