After months of deliberation I decided I would buy Bose SoundTouch 30... I instantly changed my mind when I arrived to the store and physically compared the sound quality - the latest Sonos play5 was in another league! I found that the Bose distorted at about 75% volume, whereas the Sonos pumped a clear sound at 100% volume with a huge difference in rich bass. To top it off, the Sonos was a lot cheaper. Why had I decided on buying a Bose? This was due to the fact that Sonos required an internet connection to work and Bose can operate via bluetooth. I'm liking my new Bose T8S mixer. I like: 8 channels (with two aux inputs for a possible 10 inputs. STEREO! Simply pan where you want a channel to be in the stereo field. Of course, this requires a stereo-capable PA. Compact size Intuitive layout and operation. In fact, if you are upgrading from a T1 like me, it operates the same so there's little to no learning curve at all, just more channels. Note: Be sure and upgrade the firmware before use.

Love it! I like that it’s Bluetooth and and has a aux cable, just in case I want it to be wired. The sound is great.
