Average Cost For Camera Outside Of Home

They cost more than your average 4x scope, but they are worth every penny! 5 |

This camera was recommended to me by my cousin, who is a cinematographer. I wanted a home use camcorder that was better than the average and still reasonably priced. This fit the bill perfectly. Loooooooove it. 5 |

Hi Folks. I'm a home inspector and take between 100 and 400 photos a day. In the past I have used exclusively Panasonic Lumix TS25 cameras because they are waterproof and compact and I could by open box models or good used ones for a very reasonable price. I go through at least one camera per year on average. I just wear them out. So Its not easy for me judge this new camera. I bought hoping for quality photos and longevity. Initial impressions: this thing feels big to me. With the case it is bulky on the belt. It might be easier to operate with gloves on than tiny cameras. It appears to take great pictures. It fires off rather quickly. The downside is, I have already had several photos come back blurry because the auto focus did not have time to lock on a target before it fired. This is mildly disappointing. The controls are not entirely intuitive for me yet, especially settings in the menus but I'll get used to it. Perhaps the most disappointing feature is that with home inspections, It needs a slightly wider focal length. Its just hard on the widest angle to capture a room of average size like a bedroom. The best I can get is two walls max. Other than that the thing seems hardy and I hope it lasts. Battery performance has been adequate and comparable to old lumix cameras. I do feel that this camera is overpriced a bit, but B and H had the best price I could find at the time around $300 that included the case and the memory card. Am I happier with this camera than my older Panasonic? Yes, because it's new and the photo quality and light balance is much better. 5 |

Same quality as Delta or HP5, for average home processing. 5 |

Outside of the price, I love it. I love the fact I know the camera is protected and I love that it locks in place. 5 |

For less than the cost of an 'average quality' eyepiece, to get a 60mm spotting scope of this quality with a clear, sharp 12x - 36x zoom, table top tripod and carrying case was the best optics deal I've enjoyed in years. In side by side comparisons, it outperforms my 70mm Maksutov spotting scope (which weighs twice as much) and it is a close 'second' to my 80mm Maksutov. I keep it in my car for observing nature (birds) and for 'basic' astronomy when traveling. Was pleasantly surprised by a detailed view of the Orion Nebula at 36x and the four Galilean moons of Jupiter were 'easy'. Another thoughtful Celestron design, especially the 360 degree rotating tripod mount ring and the 'recessed objective' that acts as a light and dew shield. If I had paid twice as much, I would still be more than satisfied with this spotting scope! 5 |

The 6 in very nicely made. I did put my race Swiss on it because my camera moved some. Outside that, I love how stable it is after you tighten every thing down. This is a good buy and a person would Would buy the 6, they will be happy with it.. J. Payne 5 |

These are of average thickness, heavy enough for home use or the occasional gig. They have a quality plug on the end and they're insulated from handling noise. A good buy for sure. 5 |

Sonos does not disappoint, the sound quality, construction quality, ease of use are just all above average. Bose used to be the standard for quality home speakers but Sonos has blown them out of the water. 5 |
