I like that it is orange, kind of stands out if you have anyone walking around your light stand. I placed to freezer ziplock bags in mine, then filled it with kitty litter from a huge container I had to sprinkle on oil spots in my garage. Kitty Litter worked fine, it is heavy enough to keep the light stand from tilting over. Does have a handle that is convenient for carrying. 5 |

The battery has average charge life. If you plan to shoot a wedding, I recommend at 2 batteries minimum, 3 batteries is best. 5 |

They work great, were easy to setup and reasonably priced. I use them for B&W film testing indoors, and the blue-coated 4800k temperature bulbs provide good simulation for daylight. One note: the bulbs say they have an average life of 6 hours. Had I known that when I ordered I would have ordered additional bulbs. So once I received the kit and learned this, I had to immediately order more bulbs because I didn't want to risk a burnout during my testing. But of course so far the first set of bulbs has lasted over ten hours and still burning...so not sure if the 'average 6 hour life' figure is accurate. 5 |

I've found my new exclusive brand for mic stands. Yes, K&M are a bit more pricey. No worries, you will not be buying a bunch of replacements over the years.
