I bought this as I watch TV a lot while in bed and I have tinnitis, so I normally keep the volume higher than average, especially for music and speaking. With this speaker I get clear voice, good sound effects, even improved bass at a level that anyone not immediately next to me really can't hear. It's wonderful for movies as well. This TV was a truly game changing purchase for me. The matt screen is not perfect, but it allows me to watch TV with no issues seeing the content at any time of day, in any lighting conditions. With a glossy screen, I couldn't watch TV during a sunny day in the afternoon, this solves that problem completely, just with some slightly perceived raised blacks. A trade off I'm very happy to make. The other aspects of the TV are also very good, though the motion processing could be improved somewhat. 5 |
