Buying the ShuttleXpress was one of the best things I have ever done for my workflow. I am an assistant editor for a very busy production company, and this fantastic piece of machinery has increased my workflow by A LOT! With such a low sticker price, I assumed it would feel a bit cheap, but was amazed by how 'pro' it felt. The rubber feet keep it firmly planted (even on my glass desk), the buttons feel firm, and the shuttle and job wheels are very responsive. Another thing I love about this guy is that it is programable to almost any application! I program the buttons for Avid, and then go and set a different set of commands for another application, and when I switch between apps, the shuttlexpress changes its program to the new app (example: In avid, button 2 is MARK IN, and when i move from avid to safari, button 2 becomes GO BACK, no need to tell the device what program you are in!) The ONLY negative I can mention, is I wish the device had a microUSB port, instead of a built in cable, as the cable is quite long, and I only need it to go 6, but that is just me nitpicking. If you are constantly scrolling through footage, this is the device for you! BUY IT! 5 |

This thing is awesome! Does everything I need it to do. One thing to be aware of - it DOES come with a power supply, even though it's not listed in the What's In The Box list. 5 |

I didn't know what these were for when I bought it, I just bought what was on my class supply list. I think it was a little pricy, but it works great and I do like having different colored sides. 5 |

I use the Logic keyboard for 11 Avid Media Composers in my High School Studio. The students love them. They have a great feel. 5 |

I use this professionally, but because I work at a school I am eligible for educational discounts. The price I got the entire CC for was unbeatable. 20+ programs that all integrate so well together is amazing! I'm coming over from AVID (I use the CC for video work) and I haven't regretted it. It does the same things and more, and has easy third-party integration. Not sure I'll go back to AVID. 5 |

We used this for our high school broadcast program. We don't have the BEST lighting, and it still looked spectacular! 5 |

I just took over a Digital Film Production program at the High School I teach at and found that many of my tripods where broken. When I looked into ordering replacements, (all of the tripods purchased by the former teacher were Manfrotto tripods) I just could not bring myself to spend the $399+ pricetag. I order two of these tripods that came with a collapsible dolly to see if they would work as well as the couple Manfrottos I have left. I can not tell the difference between the two. Pair that with the fact that I was able to get two additional dollys at no extra cost and I feel like I came out a winner. This was a great buy in my book. 5 |

High School media program that purchased 4, 8 years ago - 1 went missing after a renovation. The remaining 3 are still working like new, so when the mice that came with our computers started having problems, 30 more were acquired. Students are sometimes slow to accept a different approach to what they consider the norm. 5 |

I run a high school broadcasting program and we are working on live sports production. When shooting softball/baseball, we needed a way to have a camera behind the outfield wall to shoot balls & strikes. We don't have several hundred feet of cable, so I bought the Hollyland Mars 400s to connect the camera to our switcher. It worked fantastic right out of the box. We had a strong signal at around 250 feet. I'll probably buy another one next year. 5 |
