I bought 2 of these. I'm a singer-guitarist-songwriter, and this mic works awesome on vocals & acoustic guitar. For vocals the sound is almost translucent. I use it with a Focusrite Scarlett 1818. I would buy this again - which actually I already did !!! Note B&H had it in my hands within 3 days - FREE shipping ! One small heads up - this mic picks up EVERYTHING - so be careful if you are recording in the basement and someone is stomping around upstairs - the sound WILL be picked up.
