Someone please tell me any other film washer better than this.

I preffer this pump cup than: 241 Pump Cup w/swivel 5/8 socket, as the F1000 is stronger for the use I will give it (car rigs). Can't tell anything new better than the other reviews, just remind that if you are thinking between F1000 or the 241, just get the F1000. However the 241 can be attached directly to a Magic Arm.

This lens is very sharp and well corrected. Even the corners are decent wide open. There is some axial CA but that is typical for this type of lens. The build quality is also very nice.

The mount is so snug there is virtually no radial or axial movement. The build quality to me is as good as any lens in my bag. The focus ring is smooth and precise again with no loose play. All exposure modes function great as does the focus indicator in my D750. The only issue I had was not the lens but the lens cap, if you have the hood attached it is difficult to grip and squeeze the release tabs from the inside. I fixed that issue on my own by scratching grooves on the inside grip. Great portrait lens and any stationary subjects at an unbelievable price.

Overall, I like it, but I would give it 4.5 stars (rounding to 5). PROS: - It feels well built, all metal except the tightening lever. - Kirk has an Arca Swiss clamp that can be installed on this particular head (MVH500AH); importantly, unlike Manfrotto, you can quickly adjust clamp orientation to receive a plate mounted on cameras either co-axial with the lens (like long telephoto or camcorders) or perpendicular to the lens (e.g. for medium or wide angle lenses for which a long Manfrotto plate, co-axial with the plate will look award). This is Kirk Quick Release Bridge System for Manfrotto MVH 500 Fluid Video Head. Warning: Make sure to use a safety cord! - The spring mechanism which provides proportional tension as the lens is tilted; this mostly prevents an accidental damage to the lens should it be accidentally released. - A lens + camera, weighing 3kg (5 1/2 lb) is reasonably locked in place where it was aimed, with just a notch of downward motion. That was my concern - I was not able to find this being addressed in reviews. It is acceptable - much better than, say, a Velbon video head which is more fluid but is not locked where aimed with a heavier lens. CONS: There are some, but mostly minor. - The head is 1/2 to 1 pound too heavy for my liking. It is a little top heavy on the tripod attached to the photo backpack with the head on top. - The compatible Manfrotto plate is specific for MVH500 or MVH500AF heads), so you would have to buy extra plates for each camera. - There tension to panning action if not adjustable, but the default one is Ok. - The fluid action is subject to a little, but noticeable jerking when using a long telephoto lens, like 500mm and higher; it is not very bad, gets better with practice and is probably acceptable for this price.

A fine mist that covers the lens in one pump... cleans well.

It's a high quality pump cup that's made with ease of use and efficiency in mind.
