I measured the amount of light from this reflector vs. the standard reflector on the AD 300 pro. The long focus reflector added about a stop of light, measured in the studio, at 8 feed from the flash. 5 |

I have the Godox 200 as well as the Godox AD 600 pro and this until fits well. The extra stop of light from the 200 helps and the recycle time is great. Gives me more flexibility for multiple light setups. 5 |

I love the pro mist look, it’s a fantastic way to ad a filmic quality to a digital camera and give a great look to a cheep lens. I think 1/4 stop is a tad too strong for just screwing it into a lens for something like a short film or music video, if that’s your intended purpose I’d recommend the 1/8 5 |

I have the ad 200 as well but, I admit that I now regret not buying the pro model before. The pro is easier to navigate, use, and has more capability. If you have the money get the pro model! I use the two with the AD-B2 adapter with a large soft box and it is great for outdoor or indoor use. You can split them and have even more options. Highly recommend! 5 |
