My father passed 30 years ago and had about 2000 slides of Family, Friends, and Events all the way back to the 1940's. I purchased this scanner and gave it to my Brother (who had possession of the slides) for Christmas. He scanned about half of the slides up until when he moved out of the house and then gave it back to me. (along with the remainder of the slides) I finished Dad's slides and then scanned a couple hundred of my own. The Scanner worked flawlessly! It was a bit tough to set up, because I never read the book until I have to. Read the book and install it EXACTLY in the order they say, and you will be fine. I have an older Photo program called PaintShop Pro that I did all the cropping and corrections with after I scanned the slides to Tiffs with the scanner. This little baby is pretty sweet. I bought it because my brother pointed out that my PS5 had an expansion slot designed for such a device. I googled the top devices and this one came out on top. I play games directly from it and have never had a problem with speed/lag. Highly recommend.

This camera is touted as the baby brother to the GH4 and it's right in the ballpark. LCD and EVF is bright and crisp. And like it's bigger sibling, it maintains the CineLike D and CineLike V modes when recording video. Downside? Continuous video can only go up to 30 minutes before it stops and you have to press record again. Also, the camera does get a little warm. I've had a few instances where it wouldn't read the memory card because it was too hot.

Been using the baby brother to this model (single suction cup) and this once is twice as great. The little one I've put on cars going down a drag strip, on helicopters, and more and it has always done great. This one looks like it's just as sturdy, if not more.

It is a simple step-up ring that is made out of a dense medal similar feel to the magnesium alloy that makes up much of the higher end Canon models. The threads are not sharp so it will not mess up a plastic filter mount. Overall a great product, and for under $ bucks I'm calling it a steal!

I print baby announcements for my greeting card company on this paper. I also use it for business cards. It's a bright white, that feels great in your hands and has a nice weight to it for cards. My artwork prints so vividly on it, I love how it looks. Text is always sharp and clear. It doesn't do as well for folded cards, as the paper tends to crack a little at the edges where the fold is since it is so thick, but for flat cards it is just perfect.
