I'm happy to now own a couple of these double baby pins because they enable me to mount small lighting instruments (e.g. 300 watt fresnels) in a wider variety of places compared to just using straight standing light stands by putting the baby pin on the end of a grip arm on a C-stand. Now, I can put lighting instruments down low or way up high, hanging over a subject. These open up a lot of possibilities, and, compared to clamping things to furniture or hanging them from drop ceilings, this is a lot more secure. 5 |

I am using this mic for vocals and handheld percussion. It is fantastic. But be careful not to overdrive it, as it is very sensitive. 5 |
