Makes carrying PD backpacks that much better, even with 40 pounds of camera gear

I purchased and returned several camera backpacks before getting this one. This is designed to hold a lot of gear whether for photography or video. I use it for my BMPCC 4k & 3 primes lenses with other support gear. Fits snug & perfect.

Being a cheapskate I came up with countless inexpensive ways to stow my camera gear. I've used a couple of different camera backpacks as well as regular old backpacks. They work but we're less than ideal. Then I tried making my own from storage bins and craft foam. Big mistake. Finally I asked Santa for this and have not looked back. It is well thought out, easy to use and I'm comforted to know my gear is well protected. I love that it's perfect carry on size for air travel. I'm able to fit 2 camera bodies, an RF-800 lens, 100-400mm lens, a 14mm lens, 2 teleconverters, an adapter and many other miscellaneous items all in this case. I am sold on the quality of this product.

I have camera bags and backpacks from many of the top manufacturers and this Manfrotto is my new go to bag. Though it is on the small side it fits a good amount of gear. It is well thought out from the sideways luggage mount to the built in locking system and the bright red dividers. I was able to carry all the camera gear I needed on recent trips to Iceland and Hawaii.

I own several Think Tank backpacks and roller bags. I love them all. Each serves a different purpose depending on the kind of trip I'm taking, how much weight I can take on planes, especially local overseas flights, etc. I really like this backpack because of its dimensions. It's slightly deeper than my Think Tank Airport Essentials backpack which means I can pack several of my lenses in it vertically rather than horizontally. This gives me more room for non-camera body and lens gear, i.e., ND filters, batteries, chargers, card reader, external drives, etc. Obviously my backpack becomes heavier, but for some trips, this is better than camera gear in one bag and other gear in something else.

I've owned a lot of camera backpacks over the years. I needed something that could hold a lot of camera gear, with room for some personal stuff for Airline carry-on. This would seem to fit the bill. Very versatile for hikes as well as air travel. The only downside it the weight of the bag is a little more than you are going to have with an all synthetic material bag.

This is by far one of the best backpacks I have researched then purchased. Easy access to the camera via side pocket is awesome! You can carry all your gear and a tripod. It’s profile is nice and doesn’t scream camera bag. If you are looking for a great camera/ gear backpack this is a great choice.

I've tried it seems way too many camera bags/backpacks before finding this. VERY useful for me and my gear. Several things I wish but overall a great durable bag.

My Gura Gear 30L Backpack is deeper than most camera backpacks, around 6 in the main camera section. These dividers fit perfectly. Since Gura does not currently offer dividers, these are a great alternative.

I got a bunch of these strapped on to backpacks, gear, straps etc. They're very tiny yet strong.
