Lost backup to phone and internet. Searched for a replacement, and found this at B&H. Specs were exactly the same, which was great for the age of my backup system. Previously, I ordered another replacement brand from another online company and it only lasted a couple of years. The original Cyber Power lasted for 7 years. As I have purchased photo gear from B&H in the past, ordering this was a no brainer. Received it in very good time, installed it, and we're now back in business. Thanks B&H!!

Wonderful RAID 0/1 enclosure for two HDDs. Works reliably and quietly. Very nice feature is that the HDDs are "hot" swappable. CRU no longer makes this machine so I bought a remaining new one as a backup to the original one I have just in case it were to fail some day. New models today offer internet interfaces which enhance mobility but I don't need mobility and I like simple local control where I can swap out a HDD on a regular basis to keep a backup copy in a home safe and another in a safe deposit box. This way I have total local control with NO reliance of the internet, connectivity or the cloud.

I use this to provide backup power for my satellite internet, wireless router and VOIP phone system. Occasionally, it also powers my laptop and external LCD. Works great and has more than ample reserves. Functions out of the box with Apple Macs and seemlessly integrates with Energy Saver in OS X via the included USB cable. No Cons so far.

We were looking for a battery backup to keep our laptop phone and internet charged in case of any power failure. 750W ups here suites our need perfectly. We were able to charge our laptops and also keep the internet running for hours after power loss . As an IT resource who work from home our family requires constant charging and keeping up which can be accomplished with this. Smart link is very Simple and cloud comes as standard which is very handy for cloud monitoring. With close to 6 power outlet that can be charged simultaneously, it does solve all our family Needs at one shot. It is indeed one of the Best Buy for our family.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have worked from home for 10+ years and live in the country so we lose power pretty often and when I don’t have power or internet I of course can’t work. I lose my progress and calls and all also. With this backup I can save my work and still have enough power and internet to notify my customer and management also. And then if it’s not off for hours I have enough backup to continue working until it comes back on also. It’s such a convenient thing to have for anyone but esp if you’re working from home or even in general period it’s awesome to have. And when you live in the country and lose power and internet often often like we do also. Super handy!

I changed 4 to 5 routes and 2 Mesh WiFi Systems. The Netgear Orbi WiFi 6 System is the best system I never had.
