Backup Quickbooks Online Plus

Good protection for the Seagate Backup Plus I just bought.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is so awesome. I really love the scan to quickbooks feature, it makes entering receipts a whole lot easier. Great quality and love the Canon brand!

The features are almost mind-boggling. Performs two-sided scanning if needed, and the scan speed is the fastest I've ever encountered. Scan quality is excellent, even for color. The user-friendly software allows me to review each document or receipt before saving or exporting, so if I need to make adjustments I know right away. I use Quickbooks desktop version for accounting and had no trouble at all identifying fields and info I wanted to save and export. Should work equally well for Quickbooks online version. Being able to export as a "searchable PDF" is a big plus. It can also save documents as Word file or Excel spreadsheet data or even Powerpoint (Windows version). It even scans business cards. That's versatility not found in run-of-the-mill scanners. Yes, it's a bit pricey, but worth every penny if it saves time and frustration over manual recordkeeping and document retention. Setup was a breeze right out of the box and it has a very small footprint. It can be used either wired or wireless, with the ability to send scans to email or a smartphone. This thing does it all. I'm definitely impressed and will be recommending it to friends and family. My nephew is a farmer and my neighbor is a truck driver, and both professions require extensive recordkeeping. I'm sure that once they've tried this scanner the benefits will be obvious, especially to their wives who do all the accounting! Battery for my application at a fraction of the price as compared to Batteries Plus and other online sources. Hard to find batteries were available at a reasonable price and delivered promptly.

It's great to have a Canon back in my hands, it was easy to work the controls, from online instructions and just checking it out. Plus with the lenses that I purchased the whole outfit is fantastic. My flashes blend in nicely, macro and regular.

I still use film for a 3D camera. Many outlets, locally and online, display color slide film as not available, sold out, etc. Thankfully, B&H had this Extachrome available. Not to be confused with Kodak's black and white Plus X film, but having this color reversal film is a Big Plus.

The Seagate 2TB Backup Plus Slim external hard drive is small and convenient to carry. Also, it holds a lot of data for its small size. In the two months I've owned it, it has worked perfectly.
