Bal M40X Bluetooth Adapter

I combine this with the NOVOFLEX Auto Bellows for Nikon Z (BAL-NIKZ) and CASTEL-Mini-II focusing rail to get 4.5x Macro reproduction. It's crazy good. Even without the Bellows this lens has superb sharpness edge to edge. I don't mind the extra length versus other macro lenses. Especially because I can get 2:1 without accessories. It's fantastic as a 100mm lens at infinity, too! You will not be disappointed. I'm not.

You may want to consider a Bluetooth adapter for your headphones rather than this. They are harder to loose and more convenient.

Very useful adapter for laptop w/o Bluetooth. Easy to install, and works great.

B&H shipped my ATH-M40x almost overnight and packaged beautifully. As for the M40x... wow! I am no audiophile by any stretch but i have had my share of bad headphones. These are are far the best i have owned. I know i for one will never go back to using a headset with my PC ever again.

Having a bluetooth adapter on my PC has made things so much easier. Amazing price. Works wonderful.

Purchased a Bluetooth adapter just to see what all the fuss was about ..Sent a few files to my computer.. Could have done this through Email :-) Only con i found is when I paired this with my Bluetooth headphones, my wifi connection would become choppy..

I'd describe the ATH-M40x as an accurate, flat response, budget friendly headphone. It outperforms other headphones double it's price point including Audio-Technica's more premium ATH-M50x. Why? Because it doesn't add color, remains neutral and delivers an accurate sound representation regardless of the genre of music you're listening to. I realize that sound is subjective. Some people adore the Beyerdynamic DT770 PRO 250 OHM, while I personally feel there's nothing special about them and feel that they're overhyped. I'm sure some people will say that these headphones sound like trash so if I were you I would suggest listening to some sound comparisons on YouTube to see if these sound right to you. These headphones use a clamp design that encloses the sound as close to the ear as possible but because of this ear fatigue typically comes in at the 3 to 4 hour mark. Remember all headphones cause ear fatigue eventually and I feel it's a good compromise for the sound quality you get. Ideally I would only use them when mixing and choose a more comfortable headphone while recording but hey limitations produce greatness. The M40x has a reputation of having peeling ear cups because of the heat produced from warm ears but so far these have held up great. I gave this product 5 stars, not because they are perfect but because they exceeded my expectations overall. This is a product I would keep for a lifetime.

My preference was always Sony headphones, until I discovered these headphones. Headphones these days are designed to enhance pop music experience, altering the sound, boosting it with ton of bass, and hiding minor sound details. This particular model (ATH-M40x) does not alter the sound, which makes it ideal if you have to monitor sound, or do video and sound mixing for video editing -- which is what I do. These requirements were also the reason why I chose these over the M50x model. I'm very happy with these! The sound reproduced by the M40x is so clear, accurate, and undistorted. Also listening to your favorites songs is like a brand new experience! Until using these, I wasn't able to listen some sound details, particulary voice and low frequencies. With other headphones, those sound details were just not there. That completed my sound quality tests with a 5-star rating. The only thing that did not fully meet my expectations was the construction quality; although it seems somewhat strong, I give it a rating of 3 stars. B&H shipped and delivered these within a day. Totally recommend it.

I got the ATH-M40X headphones that do not come with the 3' cord as the M50x does. I got a 3rd party first, a modern braided wire, but it made noise as I moved my head while speaking. This original cable, though, feels soft to the touch and I no longer have the issue I had with the braided cord. I should have bought this from the beginning instead of saving some bucks. I recommend getting this original cord.

These replacement pads are as good as the original ones for my Audiotechnica ATH-M40X. This is the second time I have purchase this as they tend to get worn fairly quick due to heavy use and living in hot/humid weather. Get them! You will be more than happy to not have all the little pieces of the old earpads all over. Basically refurbished your current one to a like new state.
