An amazing balance of specs for wedding photography

I bought this lens over a year ago. People ask me about my photos all the time. I have even had people want to come shoot with me as a result of my photography. Once they see my lens and camera, they are really shocked that I have taken the photos I get with this lens. I cannot say enough about the clarity and detail I receive from this lens. It is cheap and not well made, but it does a fantastic job for the focal length and cost! I would recommend it to anyone that cannot afford an L-series lens. Greg Jowers

I use it for Medical Photography, color balance is wonderful. No problems with it at all.

Is this gimbal perfect? Nah. But you'd be hard pressed to find a more versatile one for the money. I use this with a RED Epic-W with the monitor and battery on with no issues. It's quick and easy to balance thanks to it's locking axises and the motors are powerful enough to balance almost anything. I've seen people complain that it's too heavy with these payloads...I'm not sure what people expected. It should be obvious that if you have a massive payload on this that you will want additional support. This gimbal has mounting points to easy use this with a monopod, easy rig, or other camera support systems. With my RED mounted I can use it for short periods before getting tired but it's really not that bad. There is no other gimbal in this range that can support a proper cinema camera. Ease of use is huge for me. I can go straight from sticks or handheld use right to this gimbal. Because of it's strength I don't have to completely disassemble my rig to get the quick shot that I want. The manfrotto style camera plate means that I don't even have to change my plate. If you shoot only on DSLR cameras than there might be better gimbals but if you need the extra payload than this is your best option. Unless you want to spend thousands more of course. I can't speak to many of it's features like it's SyncMotion or follow focus abilities and I likely won't use those. I did find their app easy to use.

I like the size of this because I can put it in my wallet and always have a white balance reference. Most people think of their DSLR or high camera, but if you have the wb with you all the time, you can use it with a smart phone or point and shoot.

Got this for all types of photography. Love the shade, goes well with all animals and people too.

For the price it is an excellent way for beginners and people on a budget to get into macro photography.
