Band Instrument Repair Employment

We have bought cheapo's before, and one of them came separated (The band came out of the clip). I was able to make a permanent repair so it's still useful. The Impact brand has much better quality materials (reflectors anyway, not sure if the band joint will separate with use). The white is not as translucent as the cheap one, so will give better results. 5 |

Wow, this works really well. I bought it for the band at our church. Makes it very easy for someone who plays an instrument and sings to have a decent in-ear monitor without spending a fortune. Very solid all-metal construction. Setup and use are very simple; the diagrams & labels silk-screened onto the top make it easy to see what should plug in where. As a nice additional touch, it doubles as a direct box for the instrument input. I highly recommend the optional MSC106 mic stand adapter if you're using this on stage. Only drawback is that you need a long cable or an extension for your ear monitor / headphones. If you mount this on a mic or music stand, you don't have a lot of room to move. We'll be buying a mix of these and the 1-channel PM50s to move our whole band to in-ear monitors. 5 |

We use a snake combining vocal mic, instrument mics, D.I.s, and monitor cables for each band member, running to their area of the stage from the stage digital mixer, and this product makes it easy to customize those changes and change out cables when necessary. 5 |

If anyone in your band wants more me control of their in-ear foldback for both their vocals and an instrument (or two instruments), then this is THE box for them! Ok so it costs more than the 2 channel competition, but this has the essential 3rd channel the others lack, plus an integral stereo DI box, so the total cost is much the same. What is really nice is the way it can be set for mono or stereo inputs on both the instrument channel and the main foldback. The cct diagram even contains instructions to convert the mic channel for line level inputs. A really useful box, and a much better buy in real terms than the competing products, for use by real musicians! 5 |

My employment requires me to take photos of various events, people, etc. This is a wonderful tool to soften the light on people's faces and help prevent red eye. 5 |

I've used these exact stools for a number of years and in several places of employment. They are durable, efficient, and look good too! So far none of them have broken; I just need more. 5 |

I search many sources to find these headsets with negative results. Having dealt with B&H in my past employment, I decided to give them a try. Product in stock (even the manufactures store did not have them), easy purchase and prompt delivery. Thank you B&H. 5 |

I bought this at my place of employment, and this is the stand that everyone should own. I mean, maybe some crazy professional stand will have some things that are better, but if you're just looking for a good quality stand that is taller than 4'10, look no further. The plastic parts seem to be made from high-quality resins, and the monopod is a fantastic little hidden gem that allows me to be way more mobile. The head tilts in ways I didn't know tripods would allow (OK, maybe it's really just standards). The weight is enough that it makes everything feel sturdy, but not too heavy to load around. 100% would buy again -- and probably will. 5 |

I have found that for continued reliability in an APC UPS, original OEM replacement batteries are a must. At my former employment we had a ton of APC uninterruptible power supplies in our radio and television studios. Although we replaced many of the batteries with cheaper, off the shelf generic batteries of the same physical and electrical characteristics, we found that battery life was much less. In my experience, it is better to use OEM batteries to insure continued long reliability. 5 |
