Bank Deposit Journal Entry In Quickbooks Online

I purchased this product for my father(72yr). He is completely dependent on magnifying glasses for reading newspaper and filling-up deposit form in Banks, Bank draft and reading very small letters. Always he had to carry a big Magnifier lens and a carry bag. But now he is very happy to get this tiny device. This is very nice , little lens which he can keep always with him in his pocket. No more headache to carry big lenses, carry bags. He always keep it with him. Specifically it helps when he goes to deposit cash or check to any Bank and he has to fill-up application forms. Very helpful little device. Highly satisfied.

I was worried about all the hype online about this tripod, could of got an entry level Gitzo for the money. But so far I am not disappointed. Its so cool looking I'm afraid to get it dirty. It will jazz up one of the cameras I will put upon it and its an ugly one, the Mamiya Universal and the retro curved Vertical Bracket that they made for it. I'll post a pic when I get it tomorrow from Japan. Thanks B&H for prompt delivery.

The features are almost mind-boggling. Performs two-sided scanning if needed, and the scan speed is the fastest I've ever encountered. Scan quality is excellent, even for color. The user-friendly software allows me to review each document or receipt before saving or exporting, so if I need to make adjustments I know right away. I use Quickbooks desktop version for accounting and had no trouble at all identifying fields and info I wanted to save and export. Should work equally well for Quickbooks online version. Being able to export as a "searchable PDF" is a big plus. It can also save documents as Word file or Excel spreadsheet data or even Powerpoint (Windows version). It even scans business cards. That's versatility not found in run-of-the-mill scanners. Yes, it's a bit pricey, but worth every penny if it saves time and frustration over manual recordkeeping and document retention. Setup was a breeze right out of the box and it has a very small footprint. It can be used either wired or wireless, with the ability to send scans to email or a smartphone. This thing does it all. I'm definitely impressed and will be recommending it to friends and family. My nephew is a farmer and my neighbor is a truck driver, and both professions require extensive recordkeeping. I'm sure that once they've tried this scanner the benefits will be obvious, especially to their wives who do all the accounting! This is a great 2TB drive for $66. I use it for keeping backups in my safe deposit box, so the slim design is nice for that purpose. I believe I got about 150 MB/s with the Black Magic Speed Test app empty, and then it dropped down around 100 MB/s or so about 75% full. It only got slightly warm after transferring for a half hour, so it should be reliable for long transfers.

Compact solid feel. Easily fit in the smallest safety deposit box. Never using spinning drives again!
