The features are almost mind-boggling. Performs two-sided scanning if needed, and the scan speed is the fastest I've ever encountered. Scan quality is excellent, even for color. The user-friendly software allows me to review each document or receipt before saving or exporting, so if I need to make adjustments I know right away. I use Quickbooks desktop version for accounting and had no trouble at all identifying fields and info I wanted to save and export. Should work equally well for Quickbooks online version. Being able to export as a "searchable PDF" is a big plus. It can also save documents as Word file or Excel spreadsheet data or even Powerpoint (Windows version). It even scans business cards. That's versatility not found in run-of-the-mill scanners. Yes, it's a bit pricey, but worth every penny if it saves time and frustration over manual recordkeeping and document retention. Setup was a breeze right out of the box and it has a very small footprint. It can be used either wired or wireless, with the ability to send scans to email or a smartphone. This thing does it all. I'm definitely impressed and will be recommending it to friends and family. My nephew is a farmer and my neighbor is a truck driver, and both professions require extensive recordkeeping. I'm sure that once they've tried this scanner the benefits will be obvious, especially to their wives who do all the accounting! This is a review for the Epson WorkForce ES-300WR Wireless Document Scanner that I received free of charge to do a beta test and review. 5 |

This is a review for the Epson DS-575W II Wireless Color Duplex Document Scanner that I received free of charge to do a beta test and review. Epson has long been a staple in my home for many years and the DS-575W II does not disappoint. This is a great little scanner & doesn't require much desktop space at all. Setup was a breeze, I was able to download the software online and get things configured in a matter of minutes. Supports WiFi and mobile connectivity so you can wirelessly scan to your preferred device. Output can be saved to a plethora of different file formats and optionally allows you to save to online storage services such as OneNote, Evernote, Google Drive, and others as well. Scans up to 50-pages at a time via the auto document feeder and can also capture both sides of a document in one pass which is super convenient. So far I have not had a single misfeed in a week of heavy usage, and in my experience OCR accuracy seems right on point with other OCR scanning I have done in the past, obviously the better the hardcopy the better the results. This little guy is surprisingly fast too, whips through a stack of pages in no time at all. Scanned output is good quality for a scanner of this size, I've had great results with everything I've scanned thus far from documents to photos to receipts and business cards. Top folds up nicely when not in use and helps protects against dust. Comes with an impressive 3 year warranty with advance exchange and next-day shipping, you really can't go wrong! Highly recommended! 5 |

Apple Big Sur & M1 chip: The V850 is much faster than my V500! Two sets of film holders saves time too. I loaded the Epson Scan 2 software and found the eyedropper/densitometer didn't register what was under it. The histogram was off too. However, Epson updated that when I went online with the scanner plugged in. The Silverfast software I never got loaded. First their disk couldn't be mounted even when I made a disk image in disk utility. "No Mountable Files Found". I contacted the company and even a new serial number didn't fix it. They suggested I Use a older version since you can only register the new with your scanner plugged into the computer while online. (I live 4.5 miles down a dirt Forest Service road, I don't have Internet! So I hauled my scanner into town and still couldn't register Silverfast. I bought Vue Scan and I'm very happy with that company. 5 |

I had never used a scanner for pictures before, but after doing some online research, decided to purchase the Epson v600. Although I'm still learning how to use it, the scanner performs very well for scanning old B&W photographs. The fully automatic mode does a great job, and I have had difficulties improving upon the automatic mode by altering settings in professional mode. I have had some trouble getting it to recognize the borders of the photos, but all in all, it is a great scanner for the price. 5 |

I chatted with the pros at B&H via online chat because I wanted a scanner for multiple uses. I needed a scanner to scan old documents so I could unload my many file cabinets, and also needed one to scan 35MM negatives & slides. The quality is great. The size is the normal size you can expect from a scanner that does such things. The slide/negative is a bit clumsy for me, but they are usually like that. Other than that, very easy set up. Starting using the device right away! 5 |

I searched online for a product to scan my old photos, without having to open a lid each time. I LOVE THIS SCANNER!! It scans quickly and easily all my photos. It was harder to take them out of the old albums then scan them. The software is not my favorite, but once you get used to it, it will do the job. I have not figured out a way to label each picture, or would love to tag people in it (but that may just be my lack of knowledge). I would totally recommend this scanner. 5 |
