I used an earlier version of this device extensively in the past (ART MPA Gold), and was always impressed by it. When it came time to add external pre's to my console, I purchased this unit without second thought, and man it was worth it. I've used it on bass guitar, electric guitar, vocals, and horns, and never been disappointed. The unit itself looks, feels, and sounds like a professional piece of gear, and you can replace the tubes later down the road if you want to further improve the sound. In short, if you looking in this price range for a good, solid pre-amp, this unit is definitely worth a look.

I am 6'3, 225lbs. I needed the 75XXL for the correct barstool height for playing guitar. This product seemed expensive at first, but they made such bold claims about it, I decided it was worth ordering, and if I was not satisfied, simply return it. When it arrived, I was surprised at how light it is (it felt like an empty box), but upon inspection, I could easily see and feel the quality of the manufacturing, materials, and smart design. The Comfort 75XXL is every bit as sturdy and well built they say it is, and worth paying more for, because it is the best of its kind I've seen. Glad I own it.

This bag is good quality, fits my Kala Baritone Uke SCAC-B perfectly and the sides stand up, so it doesn't collapse too flat, offering more protection.

I sing and play a baritone ukulele at senior living centers, many of which have no sound systems at all. The Pyle Pro Amp system is perfect. I have a contact mike on my Ike that I plug into the mike input of the amp. The volume is adjustable and the sound is strong and clear, with no hum or feedback. I use the wireless headset for my voice, whose volume is independently adjustable. It’s a little tricky to adjust the headset for the most natural sound (without howling or a tubby, echoing sound), but once you do, it is stable and sounds fine. I typically run on AC line power, but have run on the recharable battery on occasion, and it worked perfectly throughout a 1.5 hour set. The bass range of output is relatively weak, as might be expected given the size of the unit. But given the features, and performance, it is a tremendous bargain!!!!!
