Basecamp 2 And Quickbooks Online

The features are almost mind-boggling. Performs two-sided scanning if needed, and the scan speed is the fastest I've ever encountered. Scan quality is excellent, even for color. The user-friendly software allows me to review each document or receipt before saving or exporting, so if I need to make adjustments I know right away. I use Quickbooks desktop version for accounting and had no trouble at all identifying fields and info I wanted to save and export. Should work equally well for Quickbooks online version. Being able to export as a "searchable PDF" is a big plus. It can also save documents as Word file or Excel spreadsheet data or even Powerpoint (Windows version). It even scans business cards. That's versatility not found in run-of-the-mill scanners. Yes, it's a bit pricey, but worth every penny if it saves time and frustration over manual recordkeeping and document retention. Setup was a breeze right out of the box and it has a very small footprint. It can be used either wired or wireless, with the ability to send scans to email or a smartphone. This thing does it all. I'm definitely impressed and will be recommending it to friends and family. My nephew is a farmer and my neighbor is a truck driver, and both professions require extensive recordkeeping. I'm sure that once they've tried this scanner the benefits will be obvious, especially to their wives who do all the accounting! I purchased the PolarPro Basecamp in 2020, and the kit included everything I needed to use the matte box right away. After a recent purchase of the Sony FX30, which has no internal ND filters, unlike the Canon cinema line, PolarPro fit the bill successfully.

Really liking our purchase of the PolarPro Basecamp system. The lightweight, ease of attachment, and well thought out ND system is really well done. We do a lot of handheld without rails so this system is terrific and keeps everything light.

Works good with Google "my maps" to import into Basecamp as a track and convert to a route. . Warning, the XP2 when connected to Basecamp, gives a warning that it might not be combatable with Basecamp. It does still work. If Garmin drops Basecamp, I will sell all my Garmin GPS's. My primary use is to draw a route on "my maps" and import it into Basecamp so I can load into the GPS.
