Basic Computer Course Central Coast

I've used this lens for about a month shooting up and down the coast of central California. This lens is extraordinary. It is highly resolving and sharp with zero vignetting, even at f1.4. Shot wide open the lens has a gorgeous band of sharpness and bokeh galore. Shot at f5.6, it's incredibly sharp throughout the range. The construction was stellar. The click stops on the aperture ring click positively into place and the focus is buttery smooth. I wasn't expecting it to be this good to be honest with you. It's as good as, or dare I say, even better than my Leica lenses.

I live right on the ocean on the Central Coast Oregon where it rains almost every day of the year and there are giant waves and tons of saltwater spray. (Of course that's where the great seascape photos are!) This Lens Coat Rain Coat Pro covers my Nikon D4 and the entire Nikkor 600mm lens with room to spare. I can get both hands into the rain coat and operate all the controls on both the camera and the lens. It's well constructed and keeps the rain and salt water off my equipment.

The Mic is not the best out of the box. You must plug it into your computer, download Rode Central, and edit the settings. After that it is perfect.

It’s great for everyday basic computer. It’s fast and has everything I needed.

The Coast G23 flashlight is an amazing package with some very innovative features. It is of course a basic flashlight, useful for inspection and looking in dark corners, but the real useful feature is the large panel on the side that illuminates in white and red. Couple that with the magnet and this light can be positioned where needed to get the light on the job at hand. Haven’t had it long so I’m not sure about the run-time, but if it’s like other Coast products that will not be an issue. Overall a useful, practical, and well made product that has earned its place in my EDC.

Excellent Performance even with large heavy camera. Was recently on a Leica Destinations Photo Course. Had the opportunity to use this with the S2. Not a small camera. Worked flawlessly. Easy and comfortable to use.
