Bass Guitar Left Hand Thumb Position

2024-06-08 05:34:45

Have used daily for a week now, I am adjusted to the hand position vs. a normal mouse and it my forearm is noticeably better at the end of the day. Fits great in my hand. The software to bind the buttons is extremely intuitive and I love that it will detect which program you are using and adjust. I use multiple computers so the quick switching button located on the underside is awesome, it takes one click and i'm working on a different computer. My one issue thus far has been clicking the forward side button, I often end up making a left click as I my thumb and pointer finger naturally press together to use my thumb. Something to get used to and adjust how my had rests on the mouse I think. Would recommend.

I used this to store my daughter’s guitar in a standing position so that it doesn't keep falling. It’s excellent.

Ideal if you play bass or guitar and sing. It gives you space from your instrument.

This Lift Vertical Left Handed mouse fits my needs perfectly: great design, quality made, right size for left hand (I am 5'4 male, 140 lb. with regular hand size.) The moment I inserted Lift mouse's USB-A adapter to my iMac 21.5 2017 model, without needing any additional app. installation, it works right away. I am right-handed. I used to use Apple Magic Trackpad with my left hand just to train my left hand, and Logitech MX Vertical Right Handed mouse with my right hand. After more than 6 months, my left wrist started hurting, so I switched the MX Vertical to my left hand and Apple Magic Trckpad to my right hand; My left wrist pain was gone, but using the MX Vertical Right Handed mouse with my left hand was quite awkward: The scrolling wheel, the left and right buttons are not designed for the left hand to use. I am right-handed, but I always use my left hand to do some non-dominant hand tasks just for self-training purposes. Since I started using Logitech Lift Vertical Left Handed Ergonomic Wireless Mouse (Graphite) with my left hand, the scrolling wheel works softly and smoothly, the mouse size fits my left hand perfectly, the left and right buttons are very responsive, moving the mouse on the mouse pad accurately acts on the computer screen. My left wrist feels normal. The price of $69.99 for this Lift Vertical Left Handed wireless mouse is acceptable, and I feel the nice quality and the well design of this mouse is worthy of this price. I will definitely purchase it again and I will recommend it.

I don't use an RRS stuff but the shape of the Q2 does not fit my hand like a glove. It fits more like a block of wood. I got the thumb grip and it's a huge improvement but I needed a front grip. I'm not a fan of the battery and SD card slow bring covered so I went with RRS. The grip is a really good improvement. Could be bigger but I have big hands. I like that the base and left side metal pieces offer protection to the body, more than a case could. I can bang up the RRS grip and the body will be fine. This is how Leica should have made it to begin with! The only issue, if it is an issue, is that the body does not sit flat -- it angles downward and the end of the lens touches the table rather than the entire lens. Well the lens shade anyway. I wish the grip had enough weight to keep the camera upright like in all the photos you see. Lastly I found myself actually gripping the metal piece on the left to steady the camera. I hold it with my thumb at the back and the thumb-side of my index finger on the front. I know we are taught to never hold a camera this way but once the focus and aperture are set, why not.

I am a singer songwriter and perform regularly in a guitar duo. My legs have been getting very sore after a couple of hours of standing so I decided to sit half the time. This bench is not too heavy, very sturdy, easy to adjust, adjusts within the perfect height range with a firm but not too hard seat. It also folds up easily so it doesn't take up too much space on my equipment dolly. It is just as good at home or for a gig. My only complaint would be that when it is collapsed there is nothing to lock it in the folded position so it can easily flop open. I opted to use a small belt type of strap with a Fastex buckle which works okay but not great. I might put my mind to it in the future to make some sort of clip that would hold it firmly in the collapsed position. Other than that it is a great tool right out of the box.

You can use it nearly anywher and even when closed it can help steady the camera when you hold it your left hand.

Bought for use at work. I have issues with the thumb on my right hand and this mouse has helped reduce the pain associated with that.
