Bass Like Instruments

If you close your eyes you can hear where the different instruments are. Very detailed sound. Bass is great. Not too much, not too little. If you are a bass junkie, get a subwoofer. I just wish it had dust covers and that the USB could input sound.

Love it! Full sound, amazing bass, mids and highs. The spatial clarity between instruments is excellent at both high and low volumes.

I will be using this for recording vocals, instruments (bass, trumpet, guitar, sax) and synth (strings, piano, etc.). Having tried it on synth samples thus far, it adds a mellowing and pleasing analog feel to the recording quality. Excellent manufacturing and presentation.

It's way smaller than I expected but sound amazingly great. It has good focused bass. I can imagine every instruments.

I am loving these headphones. The sound is quite neutral in terms of you hear all instruments. Some people complained about the lack of bass, but I can hear it just fine. In fact, I have never heard so much detail in each bass note before getting these cans. For the price I think you will be hard pressed to get better headphones and awesome sound quality. Diana Krall sounds amazing, as does any genre of music. I would recommend buying these headphones.

I've been familiar with Ibanez instruments for decades, and owned one in my college days. After an accident recovery and 20 years of not being able to play bass, I recently decided to take up playing again. I anticipated a low budget instrument, with all the normal flaws associated - but this surprised me. The body is lovely, and although not exceptionally weighty, it's heavy enough to give great tone and sustain. Frets are nicely inlaid, and free from chatter. In fact, aside from a very slight intonation adjustment on the G string, this instrument plays as well as some much more expensive bodies. The active bass boost is a bit of a gimmick, but tone is quite diverse and dynamic. Tone tends toward being very bright, but it easy to attenuate. All together satisfied.

Easy to use. Sounds great. Full sound with clear distinction between voice, instruments, and bass.

Great for Vocal and Instruments!

I NEVER LEAVE REVIEWS , BUT I HAD TO MAKE AN EXCEPTION FOR THE HK AUDIO POLAR 10. I USED IT FOR MY 4 PIECE BAND 2 VOCALS, ACCORDION AND A TOUCH O BASS DRUM. THE GUITAR AND BASS HAD AMPS AND THE SNARE WAS LOUD WITH OUT AMPLIFICATION. THIS POINT SOURCE POLE POSITION SPEAKER SYSTEM BLOWS EVERY TOWER SYSTEM I OWN. I HAVE USED BOSE ALTO AND HAVE AN LD SYSTEM WITH A 2 EIGHT INCH SUB,16 THREE INCH MIDS AND 2 HIGH FREQUENCY HORNS AND THIS SYSTEM WITH LESS SPEAKERS SOUNDS LOUD AND CLEAR AT ALL FREQUENCIES . IT EVEN COSTS LESS BUT IS BUILT LIKE A TANK AND DOESN'T WEIGH LIKE ONE.THE POLAR 10 GOES DOWN TO 38 HERTZ SO YOU CAN REALLY FEEL THAT BASS. BUY ONE TO TRY IT OUT LIKE I DID. YOU WONT REGRET IT.
