This is an economical choice for an additional battery. Compared to the cost of the Canon batteries it is a no-brainer. Battery life shows up on screen. It has replaced the stock battery that came with the camera for me, and I am thinking of getting another one.

I own a couple of the Flex-Plus cell cams and I really enjoy having twice the battery capacity. I can run sets of AA's or the LIT-22 rechargeable batteries (my preference). It keeps the cameras powered up for many months without my needing to change batteries. The camera sync's with the SpyPoint app and I do not need to worry about manually performing updates as those occur over the cell network. These are excellent cameras for the price.

Battery for my application at a fraction of the price as compared to Batteries Plus and other online sources. Hard to find batteries were available at a reasonable price and delivered promptly.

Much much better than my previous battery chargers for my Nikon D800 batteries PLUS it will charges my AA batteries also

I was very pleasantly surprised that my replacement battery was delivered to my door by courrier within 48 hr of my on-line order, which was placed on a weekend. This was the first time that I had ever tried replacing a battery instead to just buying a new UPS unit. None of the retailers selling APC products carry replacement batteries, and since I live in Canada, I expected that the cost of bringing in a replacement battery would exceed the cost of a new unit.. and be bogged down with customs duties.. etc. Battery was actually shipped from a nearby Canadian distributor. It is certainly more environmentally-friendly to replace a battery rather that throwing out a perfectly good UPS system. APC should do more to inform Canadian customers how easy it is (& cost -effective) to replace batteries. Perhaps include battery replacement information in packaging for new units.

At about the same cost as a single spare Panasonic charger, this device will charge 2 camera batteries at the same time. Better yet, it comes with 4 different inserts, and will work with GH3/4/5 batteries, plus the new GH6 battery. Two other included inserts work with other Panasonic batteries. If you intend to regularly charge different types of batteries, it might be best to buy multiple units because the inserts are a bit fidgety to swap out. Hahnel supplies a special tool, though a properly sized paper clip would work. As a bonus, a AA battery tray holding 4 cells will fit on top of the unit without removing the camera battery specific insert.

The battery replacement for our rack mount UPS was easy and straightforward. The extra cost to purchase the batteries ready to install (instead of requiring removing the connections/cables from the old batteries and installing them on the new batteries) was very worthwhile. The ability to recycle the batteries at a nearby Staples store was an added bonus.
