Battery Backup Surge Protector Beeping Flashing Red

My APC Backup unit told me through the main unit that it had a low battery for the backup unit by a red lit signal that went off every 4 seconds. I had to replace the battery to stop the beeping. When it arrived, it was well packed and had a return label for the waste disposal of the old battery. The installation of the new battery was not as difficult as getting the old battery out of the unit - it was a very tight fit. Now that it is installed, the beeping stopped and life is back to normal. YEAH!

So my old APC Back-Up/Surge Protector started beeping and shutting down randomly. After a quick online search I realized the battery needed to be replaced (not bad after 12 years of constant service). Searched online for a replacement and B&H had what I wanted. Very easy to order and was delivered in just 2 days. Now I can rest assured knowing that my gear is protected again! Thank you B&H.

My APC 1500 surge protector with battery backup went defective. Self check test showed battery failure. Rather than replacing the entire expensive backup, I merely ordered this #124 replacement battery and replaced the original one for allot less cost. It now works good as new. Simply, side the old battery out and slide in the new one and that's it. I did not know replacement APC batteries were available until re-reading the APC instructions and by APC web site research.

This is the best battery backup/surge protector I've ever owned. APC seems to thought of everything you could want to know or do with this machine and provided it in a very easy to understand, easy to use way. It is worth the money.

Replaced my 10+ years old battery inside my surge protector and power backup APC unit. It works great. Primarily helps keep my internet modem running during power outages. Just needed a fresh battery in it and I'm sure it'll keep running another 10 years. Reliable product that does its job. And I don't even have to think about it. Great product!

I had a different unit that served as a surge protector and battery backup for my security cameras. After a few years, the other units battery became faulty and it constantly beeped. It had a rather unique battery that was quite costly. I searched around and found this current unit from BH and it was just what I needed at a much better value. Not only did I get a better product, but I also got it for a better value than just replacing a battery on an older unit. I had been reading reviews from BH and I'm able to say that everything I read was true concerning outstanding service and faster than expected arrival times of products ordered. I am very pleased with this company and I shared their website with another friend who also has a surge protector and battery backup for his security cameras. This unit is Compact, and also has a digital readout. It is also aesthetically appealing to the eyes. If I ever need another product like this, BH is definitely the place that I will get it from. When my APC backup unit started beeping it was time to replace the battery, since I didnt need a bigger unit, I ordered a new battery on line, selection was fast and processed in a very short time. Battery arrived within a week and install was simple and fast, new battery is great so far. Even was able to return old battery for rechycleing with the package prepaid. APC Rocks!

This is a very nice headlamp, without two levels of white light, a red light and a flashing red light.  Having the battery pack on the back makes it much easier to balance and the straps are adjustable over a wide range.

My APC UPS sounded off every few hours with beeps and a flashing red light to let me know it was time to replace the battery. I ordered online and the battery arrived sooner than expected. I installed it and it's been working fine since. The part I especially like, I didn't have to shut everything off to install.
