my 2019 MBP 16 needed replacement. I've never bought an Air. I'm a Macbook Pro guy. But the price was right so I gave it a shot. And it blew my mind. This thing is so fast and quiet and overall just so much better than the 2019 machine. The only downside is the lack of ports but I can live with that 5 |

I'm replacing a 2019 Macbook Pro 16 whose battery had reached the end of its useful life. I could have had the battery serviced for $200, but it made more sense to me to upgrade to a lighter machine with the same 1T storage and speed. It's only a pound lighter than the Pro, but that pound makes a huge difference since I haul it around daily. 5 |

This Macbook Pro 2019 is fast, beautiful, has a great battery and the touchbar is a cool feature. I got the one with 16 GB of RAM to make sure I can use it for at least 3 year with no problem and only 128 GB of SSD because the SSD is quite pricey It is really worth it 5 |

I've had a used MacBook Pro 13 (2019) for 2 years. The overall performance, battery life, and 8 GB RAM became very problematic in the last 3 months since I updated to Sonoma... So I decided it was time I upgraded to a newer machine. B&H had an awesome deal on the specific model I felt was right for me-- M2, 13.6 Screen, 256GB Storage, 16GB RAM-- so I went for it. Got it in two days! I've been using it for almost 2 weeks now and it has been an absolute delight. Huge upgrade from my last MacBook and confident that it is going to easily take me into the next 3-5 years of usage! 5 |

I love the M2 MacBook Air. The addition of the MagSafe charging port and it freeing up a USB-Port along with its weight and speedy processor (without a fan) and camera upgrade make this perfect for me. It hardly ever gets warm compared to my 2017 Intel MacBook pro. Just wish that the mouse cursor wouldn't disappear behind the camera notch and instead skip past the notch but maybe that's something that will be fixed in a future MacOS update. For me it's definitely worth the 200$ extra compared to the M1 Air. 5 |
