Battery Replacement Swiss Railroad Watch Table

What a gem of a lens. Built like a Swiss watch and performs exceptionally well, and oh the bokeh.

It's the best replacement for my battery.

Without the Arca-Swiss Monoball Fix Quickset Device I could not have attached an Arca-Swiss Monoball X-Table System to either of my tripods. The removable plates located on the camera attachment portions of my tripods (a Manfrotto head on a Bogen tripod or similar attachment plate of a MeFOTO tripod system) screw into the inferior surface of the Quickset Device thus allowing its attachment to the tripod. The lower rail of the Arca-Swiss Monoball X-Table System then slides into the superior surface of the Quickset Device resulting in attachment of the X-Table system to the tripod. It is important to be aware that the inferior rail of the X-Table system has no accommodation for a screw attachment to a tripod and furthermore is too narrow and has an incomparable configuration for directly attaching to either of my tripod heads. Thereafter one must use an Arca-Swiss Cameraplate 75 for MonoballFix in order to attach a camera to the upper portion of the X-Table system by use of what appears to be a second Arca-Swiss Monoball Fix Quickset Device which is included with the Arca-Swiss Monoball X-Table System and attached to its superior surface.

I have an Arca-Swiss clamp for my spotting scope so I can use the scope on any of my tripods and not need an additional one when engaged in wildlife photography. The special locking mechism of the Hawke table top tripod allows for firmly locking the Arca-Swiss clamp in place and having no issues with the heavy scope pivoting on the tripod. This is not provided with the other table top tripods that are designed for use with lightweight cameras.

This is an absolute requirement in order to attach either a camera or lens to the superior margin of the Arca-Swiss Monoball X-Table System. The Cameraplate 75 for MonoballFix screws into the connecting points of either a camera or lens supporting ring and in turn connects to what appears to be an Arca-Swiss Monoball Fix Quickset Device attached to the upper surface of the X-Table System. The attachment of camera and/or lens appears to be secure and stable.

It's fantastic, built like a swiss watch, orreminds me of a Leica. It's also a beast, easily hold my sigma 150-600.

RRS and Arca-Swiss, watch out! You finally have a less expensive alternative that is good quality gear, not cheap junk.

I purchased a Cinetics 3 axis slider and found it to run like a jeweled Swiss watch. It is clearly a result of excellent design and production engineering. Factory support is very responsive. I have found this unit to be a must-have for my time lapse work. Congratulation to Cinetics for a superb product.

Works smoothly like a Swiss watch. Tightens down nicely with side knob. Only issue I had was attaching an Arca Swiss mount to top. Make sure yours has 3/8 mount or removable 3/8 to 1/4 adapter. Screw thread on top of pan can not be changed by normal home devices. Second issue was interference with knob on Arca Swiss mount I wanted to add. Just unscrew knob on pan base and remove.

This beautifully machined head is akin to my Swiss watch, and before you go judging such an egocentric statement; think about that build quality. Whether shooting products, architectural, or landscape this is the head you should have bought before the six others that led you here. The control capable is breathtaking, the smallest and most exacting adjustments can be made without worry of a sloppy movement, like you might get with a ballhead. I would suggest this to any and all who have stared and thought long hours on it. Jump in and do it!
