I had this monitor for 2 weeks and so far I'm happy with it. No image retention, works fine with both MacBook M1 and Dell XPS. Dell complains about insufficient power, but sharges up (without full load, admittedly).

Perfect GoPro mount when permanent mounts are out of the question. Offers great retention for action shots like vintage Biplane flight. I will say I tethered it to the planes body as a precaution.

I have a couple of lenses with tripod mounts, as well as two Feisol tripod heads. I had some acra-type plates that worked with my Feisol heads, but it required backing the clamp out quite a bit, and the non-Feisol plate did not have a channel for the retention pin. None of that was a big deal, but the Feisol plates allow me to back the clamp off a quarter turn, and then I just push the retention button, and slide the plate out of the head. It makes everything more efficient. I even ordered the Feisol L-bracket for the same reasons. If you are building up a new tripod, learn from my mistake and keep all of your plates the same brand as your head.

Ordered a few weeks ago, and just got the chance to wear and use the strap for the first time. Two words, absolutely wonderful. ?You barely know it's there. Zero fatigue and neck strain. The crossbody design hugs you and keeps your camera within easy reach. ?Having both hands when you are walking around is so much nicer than a neck or wrist strap. ?The camera is secure and doesn't bounce around on your chest/stomach. ?You can eat, drink, shake hands or carry other gear on the go. ?After 5 min you realize how comfortable and practical the strap is. ?This was paramount for me. ?Came ready to use. Fit me with no adjustments out of box. ?I'm 5'10, 200lbs. ?I had no issues with the brad breathe under shoulder strap. Stayed in place and secure. Of course you must use in conjunction with a secondary retention strap. ?The JOBY retention tether is perfect. ?Now your 4k in gear isn't going anywhere. ?BR straps are pricey, but you get what you pay for. ?Highly recommended.

We have several of these deployed and the Com Port Retention makes life easier for our clients - and we've never had a failure. So we are quite happy with this product.
