I have the Domke F-2 that I use mainly to store gear and really like it. I wanted something a little smaller for a walk around bag. Decided to go with the Domke F-3X. I like the way it molds to your body while carrying it. It's a bag that you can load up with good amount of gear but it will also collapse down with less gear. The only thing that would concern me is using it in an environment like the beach since there's not a complete enclosure, but I have a bag with a zipper for beach or lake trips. Domke bags don't have a lot of padding but it's never caused me any heartburn. The lack of padding means it's not stiff and bulky and it is padded on the bottom which is the most important place in my opinion. Overall a great bag! 5 |
