Beat Psycho Mantis Without Switching Controllers

The mantis position is really cool and secure as well.

You seriously can't beat how this tripod works as a Manfrotto tripod and it also works for the tripod release plate for the Ronin Gimbals!!!! Wow, no more switching the plates, just slide them in and there you go!!!

Well-built and clever with all the uses. I never use the actual mantis mode and be warned that a full frame Sony A7 with larger lenses is not the ideal setup here - you'll want to use a smaller prime or ideally a much smaller camera like an RX100. The included smartphone mount is a great feature and every other tripod should copy it. Is it pricy for a tiny table-top tripod? Yes, but it's a good one.

I use two Mantis 30 mounts on my Inovativ Apollo cart. Not only do they support my iMac Pro and 27” Eizo display with ease, they also allow for effortless mounting or removal of the displays. I can put the displays precisely where I need them to maintain perfect posture whether sitting or standing for extended periods of time. And I can honestly say I wouldn’t change a thing about them. There was a time I thought Inovativ equipment were insanely expensive but I couldn’t have been more wrong, they’re an outstanding value for anyone that can appreciate the value of quality craftsmanship and design.

I don't know what you need to say about it. It does exactly what it says it does. I use mine to hold some VR controllers as well.
