After several customer support time, and repeated on-line visits to web site, all seems to be working as described. When asked about user manual, said I could download, not available in orderto save paper. Yes, saves paper for Brother, but uses a lot of paper and toner to print the complete user manual. Does not save paper or toner for me, just for Brother 5 |

Great wireless follow focus system. I just wish the manual was a little more user friendly. But slowly working my way through trial and error. I have not yet been able to sync this to my camera with BT for rec stop, but thats very much a me-issue. Like I said, I wish the manual was more 'first time wireless follow focus dummy' - proof. If i had one comment, it feels like the wheel is more designed for right hand. I wish the buttons and screen were somewhat ergonomically placed for when handheld shooting, but thats just me. 5 |

I just got the scanner last night - so far, so good. My only complaint is that I would have appreciated, and found useful, a paper user's manual. It is just easier to find the answer to a question in a book. 5 |

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This power bank by Anker came well packaged. The box included the power bank, a USB cable, and a user manual. The user manual is written on different languages and easy to follow. The power bank is super easy to use. I was impressed that it works not only for charging cellphones but also for tablets or earbuds. It provides fast charging and charges my phone in about 1.5 hours. The power bank is pretty heavy, I can not compare its weight to other power banks, but this one is not lightweight. Otherwise, I am very satisfied with the quality and benefits of this power bank.
