Beats Headphones Cracking Plastic

You know what happens to all those plastic $300 Sony/Beats/Bose headphones after 2 years? They fall apart because they're plastic and they want you to buy the next pair... It's what happened to my last Beats and I hear similar things about the competition. These headphones are built like a tank and will serve you well for many years to come. I used the corded Marshall over-ear headphones for the past 5 years and loved how well constructed they were and how great they sound (they're still going strong btw!). I just upgraded to this new version offering bluetooth and ANC and have been using them for about a month now– they have the same solid metal construction as my old pair of Marshalls except they are even more comfortable to wear and perform much better! Audio quality and bluetooth/ANC features are top notch– perhaps not the best based on comparative research I did before purchasing, but the difference is marginal IMO. Also they do hug my neck a bit tight when I have them down, but I got used to it and doesn't bother me anymore. Control knob works great, though I think the push down time to turn them on is a bit long. Super happy with my purchase!

Beats using the plastic or paper bagged ones. This will definitely last

This bracket is all metal and is very durable. I won't be having the problems of cracking that I've had with the other plastic brands.

A very durable tough plastic CD/DVD case. ... The plastic is mostly transparent and bends rather than cracking like the typical jewel cases tend to do. Slim form factor.

Protects well and the labels fit really good into these. The plastic is not cheap....never had problems with cracking or breaking like some other brands.

Great Headphones! Better than the Beats 2 and less cost.

The other film cases I found were plastic and had reviews of them cracking too easily; they were also not nice looking. I was pleased to find these of steel construction, and they are also very pleasing to look at and hold, which is a bonus! I feel these are a new item since there are no other reviews at the time of my writing this. I sense these will be very popular. You can also mix and match the colors since the lids come off fully. They are made to last a lifetime so the price is worth it. They don't seal closed though, so don't think they'll protect from lots of moister. I was simply looking for a way to keep rolls organized in my bag. They make a 10 roll option too.

My antenna's plastic coating was cracking on both the transmitter and receiver. I went on YouTube and saw a video and it was a quick and easy fix . It took longer to take out the 5 screws that to replace the antenna. You do need to solder the contact point but it was in an area the was easy to get too.

These headphones are great! I kept looking for something that could out do Dr. Dre Beats and these kicked BEATS to the curb hands down and the price is great. The two year warranty is an added plus.. I love them. Great purchase.
