Works great, just as described from the manufacturer. I got this to simplify my live keyboard rig. I am able to connect two midi keyboards as inputs to my DAW from one cable. I didn't need midi out as I trigger VST synths from my laptop DAW but it's nice to know I can use either as an in or out and it senses and configures itself auto-magically. I liked it so much I ordered another one.

I got this to generate CV sequences for my Moog Werkstatt. It works very well, as well as interfacing from Midi from my DAW to CV outputs. Very handy for modular setups!

Arturia's BeatStep Pro is a very welcome addition to my hardware. I have been able to use it in place of keys in a lot more situations that I expected. With this in my collection, I was also able to grow the confidence to let go of a drum machine I had held onto for too long. I had looked at a couple of sequencers because my main synthesizer did not have one built in. It is a nice piece, and I looked at a lot of nice sequencers. The BeatStep Pro kept getting good reviews, so I picked one up expecting to sell it when I purchased another. Well, I kept using it and ended up setting a couple of other pieces free. It is really nice to work with. My biggest issue is one that runs across a lot of pieces. Arturia has created an extensive .pdf manual. At times the page count reminds me of Devarahi's textbook (length more than raw info). I think Arturia could distill this information into a 30 page manual included with the BSP. We could then have it for easy reference.

I use this microphone for DJing, plugs directly into my midi controller and sounds crystal clear.

I'm using this controller with the full version of Bitwig. Bitwig and Impact LX25+ feel like an instrument instead of a DAW and midi controller. One thing I don't like about theImpact LX25+ is Soft Take Over mode which is the knob has to be turned passed the value that is Bitwig in order to take effect. This is to avoid value jumping. I'd rather have immediate change even if jumping occurs. The first Impact LX25+ I received from B+H was defective, but returning it was easy and the one I have now is solid.

I'm using this controller with Ableton and it was very quick and easy to setup (my unit already had the latest firmware update too, which was nice). There's a program on the unit for Ableton which again made controlling aspects within the DAW seamless. It's obviously small (only 25 keys), but having the pads and encoders on such a compact unit is great. Fits right on my desk and lets me edit/perform parameters live, and is easy to throw into my bag and take with me. Only downside is that there's no midi out (just usb). So means I can't use with some hardware synths. But for DAW control, fantastic.

I was looking for a controller that had a real piano feel but also integrated out of the box w/ my DAW (Logic). It was between this and the M-Audio Hammer 88. This one looks and feels much higher quality and has a lot more onboard controls that allow me to do most of what I need in Logic right from the Arturia controller. It looks really great in the studio too!
