Because He Lives Instrumental Cello And Piano

This lives behind a red dot on a hinting rig. It allows me to better take an ethical shot at extended distance. it was instrumental in taking the top off of a does heart not that long ago. The flip option is great as well amd is fast, solid and positive. Once in either position it is NOT moving until you intend it to.

This stand has three vertical sections, and is short enough for a spot mic on a bass or cello, or a piano on half-stick without removing the boom, yet tall enough for a singer or an overhead spot mic on a seated musician. This stand has a heavy base for good stability, even with the boom extended. I have other short stands, but none are as flexible as the K&M 252.

This product has been the best investment ever. I play cello and my husband plays piano and sings for our church. Many times I will play from the piano/vocal score, improvising on the bass line. One praise chorus had 15 pages of music. Even with 2 stands and scotch tape, I was still scrambling to get through all the pages. This product works great for me! All I need to do is scan the music into my iPad and page turning with hands is a thing of the past. The bluetooth connection was stable and there were no issues. So great to have a reliable system for turning pages! Highly recommend this product. FYI, other products I use are the Forscore app for holding all my music, and TurboScan for scanning music to pdfs. Right now I'm using an older iPad air, but am saving up to purchase one of the larger 12.9 inch iPad pros. I may never use paper music again!

My son, who is used to playing on a baby grand, is thrilled with this keyboard. He wanted a keyboard to be able to play in his room, compose, record, etc. He loves the feel of the weighted keys and the different sound options (upright piano, old fashioned piano, etc.). I heard him playing the Minute Waltz and Maple Leaf Rag, and it sounded wonderful.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son has been asking for a piano and when we received this one he was so happy. He plays it daily and for long periods of time. It’s a quality product that will last!

I bought this for my dad who has recently taken up old piano skills to form new keyboarding skills :). He had a hard time finding a bench. All he could find in any stores here were stools. So, I was so glad to find this at B&H. I've shopped with them before and not been disappointed yet! My dad is 6'3 so it was also a great feature that the bench is adjustable in height. I would recommend for sure!

I purchased this for my son who just started piano lessons. B&H had by far the best deal out there. The bundle has everything we needed. He loves the piano and I am very happy.

I purchased this mic for my boyfriend, would is in the process of recording guitar, piano and vocals. He also is using it for improv and podcast recordings. I went with the Yeti because you can alter the direction, the pick up and sensitivity. Its perfect when he's recording and there are video games and neighbors music and all sorts of nonsense in the background. Produces a clear, lovely sound. Perfect for getting started at home.

My husband played a real piano & keyboards he was younger but hasn't played for years. He wanted to start again and debated between the KeyLab 88 MKII and a more traditional stand alone piano-type keyboard. He's so happy we went this route. He uses it with Logic Pro and feels the KeyLab offers the perfect amount of features without adding unnecessary things. He hasn't yet figured it all out, but it's great to sit down and play freely or to record using the software and create a song. The build is excellent, with a metal body and wood accents. The action of the key bed is excellent and is much closer to a real piano than non-weighted keys. The additional weight of the keys makes playing at different volume levels very easy. One complain that he had was the lack of documentation on how to set it up and integrate it with different DAWs, but Arturia's tech support is top notch and quickly replied with a long and detailed emailing showing step by step directions on how to set it up with Logic Pro. Plus, their website has a great FAQ section and detailed user manuals that cover how to use most of the keyboard's features. In addition to a great keyboard, the unit comes with some wonderful software. It includes Ableton Live Lite for those who don't already have a DAW. It also comes with Piano V/V2, which is a piano software add-on worth $249 by itself and Analog Lab, which is a collection of older (from the 80s I think), classic synthesizer sounds worth $199. So, the keyboard itself is a great item for the price, but when all the additional software is included, the KeyLab 88 MkII is a wonderful item.
