I'm only a beginner when it comes to studio video recording, and am using it for marketing and business videos. I've been looking all over for a good boom mic stand that would allow me to raise a shotgun condenser microphone overhead and out of shot. This one works perfectly. This stand is sturdy. It seems like it could handle quite a bit of weight. Of course I didn't swing on it or anything to see what the max was, but it holds my microphone great, and that's all that mattered to me. I would recommend this stand. 5 |

I definitely recommend the AT2035 for anyone just starting home recording, on a limited budget, and want quality sounding tracks. I've used this mic with excellent results coupled with an SM57 for guitar cabinets, alone for both acoustic and vocals, and am pleasantly surprised with the sound. I've seen reviews where people have had problems with the shockmount but, so far so good here!!! 5 |

As a voiceover artist w/a home studio, I'm always looking for budget mics to recommend to colleagues who want to get their foot in the door. At full price, the E40 is wonderful-sounding budget condenser, with less self-noise and a more pleasant voicing than competitors like the Audio-Technica AT2020 or the AKG P100. The only $100 mic I can think of that beats it is CAD's own Equitek E100sx, which would be the preferable mic to grab if they're both the same price. But when on sale (I grabbed mine at $30) the E40 is an absolute steal. 5 |

My budget was tight for setting up my home studio yet I wanted to avoid problems brought about by cheap materials or poor construction. These cables offer GOOD value and GOOD quality. Used to connect Audio-Technica microphones to a Zoom H4n with phantom power. 5 |
