I'm a voice over actor and was previously using a usb condenser microphone for at home recording. I don't have the best sound proofing so decided to pick up a Dynamic mic and the Shure SM7B was the most recommended. I use this mic stand with the Yeti THX-Certified USB Condenser Microphone, and even though the mic is quite heavy, the mic stand is still stable and secure. It's also easy to adjust. Setting it up and taking it down are fairly simple as well. From my experience, for people from 5'1 to 5'10, it worked fine, and when we were playing instruments, it was easily adjustable to a lower height. 5 |

Used to combine a pair of Behringer C-2 condenser mics into a single channel, creating a wide cardioid. Much higher gain (20 dB) than using a simple dual XLR-F to XLR-M Y-cable. Only wish there was a better way to attach to a mic stand than zip ties. 5 |

I put this on a Behringer condenser mice with a foam windscreen. It did an amazing job of cutting out wind noise. The foam screen seemed to do very little. I left it on because the Dead Kitten is made for a larger mic. This is a long term installation so I zip tied the Dead Kitten to the mic to make sure it does not blow off. 5 |
